[Resolved]  IOCL — complaint against Indane GAS LPG service

Indian Oil Corporation, Domestic LPG Cylinder. — Extra charges against bill.

I have a Domentic LPG Connection from Indore Indane, Khajrana Road, Indore, M. P. Delivery boys are always charging Rs. 349.00 / 350.00 against billing amount of Rs. 348.06. How come every time a consumer is forced to pay extra.. They are also not accepting payment by account cheques.

I am a LPG domestic consumer from T.R. Gas Agency, mattannur, kannur, kerala, india.
About 60 days before, i booked for a cylinder, but not delivered till today[protected].

IOCL — misbehave

sir, while fueling my scooter at jay radha filling station,iocl retail outlet at bira harekrushna pur, puri i asked for MS of Rs.50/- & 50ml of 2T. The attendant took Rs.12/- for 2T where as he gave me 2T from 1lit pack whose mrp was Rs.170/-.Taking the matter to the manager I was assaulted before other costumers. Finally they told that IOC is not providing 2T pouch and that was the instruction of their owner to sell 2T at Rs.240/- per ltr.

gas supplied with pin holes in the cylinder and complaint lodged to kasna indion gas for the same but no response even difficu, lt to reached on phone, we are in serious trouble, there is dealer in noida 93. pls do the needful

Gas Cylinder Delivery problem Barasat Indane office. Delvery Man asking extra money to deliver the same. They deliver as per their own interest. If someone give extra Rs.50-100,,,then he will be entertained accordingly. We dont expect such service.. Hate Barasat Indane Office.....

Indian Oil - Indane — Not Delivery against my Booking

My Consumer Number is 46701. I booked for Refilling of Gas Cylinder on 27.01.2010 at 09.50 a.m. through internet telephone (1260). Once again I went to Dealer directly, complaint and re-booking on 05.02.2010 (09.45 a.m.). But, yet to be delivered. (10.02.2010). Distributer's Details.

Indane LPG-Domestic — Misuse of LPG by supplying agencies

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a customer of Indane Gas since February 1984 and my consumer id is 8613 and it is under Uday Gas Agency, Patiya, Naroda. I would like to present before you one of the suspected reasons of lack of Gas Cylinders in your company. Employees o[censored]day Gas Agency here, who come to deliver the cylinders at times do not write the cylinder number which they deliver to us. When they collect this cylinder in the coming order they sell it to black marketers. They do it very easily as there is no record of the cylinder in Customers card. This is one of the reasons for the increasing number of missing cylinders. I am very sure about it as the same kind of entry where the cylinder number has not been entered in my Domestic Gas Customer Card. I am ready to show my card whenever required by the concerned authorities. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Together we can and we will curb the stealing of cylinders. I'm a cust of Indane gas service our service center is RAGH GAS INDANE SERVICE, LOCTAED IN GURGAON KAMLA NEHRU MKT, THERE GAS IS NOT REACED AT HOME TIMELY, THEY ALSO MISBEHAVED, NOT PICKING THE PHONE, and also not give a receipt when delivered the cylinder.

Till date I had not got it. several times I had call their office the telephone full times engaged. Indane Gas — Non supply of gas tank

I am a LPG Indane customer with Priyanka Indane Gas agency, Lal Ghati, bhopal (M.P.) and my consumer Number is 7754. I have booked for a refile on[protected]. I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. My mobile No. is [protected].

IOCL(Indane) — Distributor not supply the refill on time

I'm having a Indane gas connection, my consumer no. is 7142. The distributor (Riddhi Indane Service) create a problem all the time. They are not provide us they refill on time. They take 2-3 weeks to supply the refill cylinder. when we complaint this to them, they take us very nagetively. Their behaviour is also not good. They threaten us that if we complaint against this again they will not supply they gas refill cylinder. Please suggest us what should we do?

Indane Gas — avoiding to delivery of LPG gas

complaint against SENGAR GAS AGENCY,IIT KANPUR GATE,they were avoiding to deliver lpg gas since last 25 days,even booking is already done 25 days earlier on name of bindulata tripathi(10352).it is very difficult to manage without gas during last days.Hoping for early action by the authorities

indian oil/LPg — there is no home delivery

here in JHANDPUR, SAHIBABAD, we have YADU INDANE GAS SEWA for lpg .
in our area we never get cylender home delivery,for lpg we have to go gas agency
n there we have to wate 2-4 hours.
company is taking full rate of cylender 345rs. on agency some day they dont give cy. n say come tomarrow.
many times we complain but there is no responce.

Indian Oil, Indane Gas/ LPG Cooking Gas — Non Receiving Gas Cylinder on time

This complaint is against non receiving Gas Cilinder. My uncle personally booked the LPG gas cilinder 20 days before but we are still waiting for cilinder. In between i tried to book it through online but the service was not available. I looked the site of Indian oil and try to contact state and area officers but no body received my phonecall. Finally i am making a complaint. . Kindly consider my request and deliver cilinder on time as early as possible.

Gas - LPG — Worst Service

Sir / Madam,

I am Partho Roy resident of Prem Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi- 59 is a consumer of M/s. Indane Gas Agency (Trimurti Gas Agency), J-Block, Shop no. 31, D.D.A Market, Vikaspuri, New Delhi. My consumer no. is SGC-8850. I had called to agency for booking cylinder since last 3 days in given no.[protected], 28544262, 28542117, emergency no. – 25263420, 32556968, [protected]). All the numbers are either busy still or switched off. I want to book a cylinder against my consumer no. SGC-8850 and supply the same immediately.
I must complaint against M/s. Trumurti Gas Agency, Vikas Puri, New Delhi. I am also request to you please take this matter into your consideration and order them to work properly.

I hope you will take action and solve my problem.
