My irctc account 'Shilpaamol' get deactivated by irctc though it is used by me from last one year.Please suggest a way to activate it again because it contains my latest journey tickets of November 2012 and December 2012Thanks

my irctc account has been deactivated just like that though i have been using it for over 6 years, all my details including the mobile no has been furnished and infact i used to get sms alerts on booking, this is disgusting all my april tickets are on in my a/c and am yet to take print out and the entire ticket record is stored there. pls suggest me way to activate my ac once again.
