I m a regular user of irctc having one account.I got mails that my accounts are deactivated including the account by name "marif7860" which is utmost important to me. I have to cancel few tickets for next future from this account. I am using this account only for personal purposes and not for commercial use.

So, please consider this mail and activate the account mentioned above as soon as possible.

I m a regular user of irctc having more than one account but i use only one account as my regular usage.I got mails that all my accounts are deactivated including the account by name "mhdamd which is utmost important to me. I have to cancel few tickets for next week from this account. I am using this account only for personal purposes and not for commercial use.

my irctc account with user name KANTAL has been deactivated and i am in urgent need to cancel some of the booked tickets from that account. i use this account only for personal use only. please reactivate my account as soon as possible.

my user name is Mani7777 now i not using the account, mean while some unknown person try to access, but that recovery OTP message is coming regulary, how to deactivate the account please do the need full.

ILLEGAL AGENTS ARE TAKING TICKETS with 2-3 form at single time and staff r accepting. So please stop this so that everyone can get tickets at Secunderabad reservation counter.

Ashok kumar doesnt listen to the people...He always rude to the people. Even he is mischievous and uses awful words with passangers and also he skips his duties in the midway. So pls take some action against him. Firozabad (U.P)

Respected Sir/Madam,

IRCTC have deactivated my userid which is orthodubey without information and without intimidation.
I have registered a complaing regarding this issue.

The issue is I want to cancel a e-ticket, that I have booked, but since my userid is deactivated/deleted, I cannot do the same..

Please look into the matter, and help me solve the issue.
