[Resolved]  Irctc — Unable to retrieve Booked Tickets

I have an issue in the website where I cannot access my booked tickets. It shows Unable to Retrieve Due to Communication Failure. I have called up IRCTC help desk lot of times and still do not have the issue resolved. They advised few steps which I followed, but of no use. Still it shows the same problem. I spoke to one Mr. Chetan Anand, who was supposed to get back to me with the solution. But till date nobody has resolved it.

Can you please look into this.

Many are facing the same issue. I think the problem is with the new Website, which has been updated few weeks ago.

My mother will be travelling alone tomorrow. So, I wanted to take print out of Ticket but I am unable to see my Booked History. Please resolve this bug.

IRCTC booked tickets history is not available/cannot be accessed.

IRCTC — Tickets retrieving

Booked 3 tickets through IRCTC website on 28.01.2009 in the ID of sravya_94 with a password: of littleangel. During registrationan e-mail ID of [protected]@yahoo.co.in was feeded instead of [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Due to which I could not get any confirmation of tickets. On reopening the website with ID of sravya_94, the password is not being accepted and hence the tickets whatever booked could not be retrieved. I have to travel on 30.01.2009 for which I have no option but for booking new tickets once again.
I am hereby giving the details of money transaction against the tickets booking through SBI online banking.
1) [protected] IG054S4786 - Rs. 735
2) [protected] IG[protected] Rs. 735
3) [protected] IG[protected] Rs. 901


Kindly help me in retrieving the tickets with PNR Nos. to the correct e-mail ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in or to [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

Your prompt action in this regard is highly appreciated.
Even I could not retrieve the booked tickets or booked tickets history. Can respective team from irctc reply how to access the confirmed ticket history. I need to take the print out to travel.

IRCTC — unable to see status of ticket , cancelled

Irctc is so bad that i am unable to see my booked tickets,

In staright words, left hand side of the columm is invisible and instead of all the options that used to come earlier at the left hand side of the website, now there is a advertisement coming,

Can these untrusty employees of the government, answer this question that why this is happening.

This is so frustrating, but this is our INDIA, everything is acceptable in this country.

I know I am writing this complaint, but one has the time to lookafter this and provide solution, this is somewhat our INDIA's government organization is made up.

Same issue being faced by me
I too am not able to retrieve my booked ticket on 6305 (on 22-3-09) Cannanore Express.
Details of my waitlisted ticket on 6306 (on 22-3-09) has been e-mailed to me and so
the PNR number of this ticket is available to me. I did note down the PNR
# as I was able to find the tickets in "booked tickets history" page earlier and
so was hoping to get it from there. But, I don't find any such link now on the
page that opens after logging in.

It will be helpful if the details of the confirmed tickets is also e-mailed.
I tried looking for updated passengers-list online. This too is not available.

I have written to customer-care and awaiting reply.
I did not note down the PNR No., expecting to find it in the booked tickets history page.

I have booked some tickets from my irctc account mani_apr7. I am not able to retrieve those tickets booked by me. Can you pls. help me out. Its very urgent.

irctc booked ticket — not able to retrieve my booked ticket

This is to bring into your notice that I havealready booked my ticket, but due to maintenance in th site I am not able to take out the print out for the same

Please tell the way out & kindly do the needful ASAP as my Dad hasto leave on 31st

I have no words to explain the poor performance of Indian Railways Reservation Portal (IRCTC). I have booked a returning ticket from Mathura to Allahabad on 19th Sept. 2009 and I am trying to see my booked ticket from Booked Ticket option but IRCTC did not show complete icons of Plan my Travel. therefore I am unable to retrieve booked ticket. This web site of IRCTC is very bad.
