[Resolved]  Irctc — Unable to retrieve Booked Tickets

I have an issue in the website where I cannot access my booked tickets. It shows Unable to Retrieve Due to Communication Failure. I have called up IRCTC help desk lot of times and still do not have the issue resolved. They advised few steps which I followed, but of no use. Still it shows the same problem. I spoke to one Mr. Chetan Anand, who was supposed to get back to me with the solution. But till date nobody has resolved it.

Can you please look into this.

Dear Sir/ Madam, Would you pl. give the booking statement of PNR No. [protected]. As I have paid the full amount during booking but again Rs. 55 deducted from my account. Pl. state the reason why...???????? Thanks.

print my old e- ticket

I book a e-ticket on my irctc site pnr no.[protected] dated 11.11.2014 I traval with mobile sms and I want to take print out for submit TA/DA in my office.

Refund of cancelled ticket not received

PNR : [protected] ; I got these tickets cancelled on 3-9-13 . But I have not so far received the refund of Rs.2975/- into my credit card account from which I purchased the tickets..

tatkal reservation

everyday IRCTC goes black by 9-55 am. I propose whenever it goes off it should be offloaded to Private travel sites.

Slow Speed

After enhancing the irctc site and increasing the number of booking to 7000 tickets per min, there is no more difference in site for booking tickets. It would be better to enhance more at server side for booking tatkal tickets

TAKTAL TICKET SHOWING I CANT BOOK MORE THAN 2 TCKTS EVEN IF I DINT DO A SINGLE TICKET TILL NOW

the irctc website is showing i cant book more than two tickets even i dint book a single ticket
