I have an issue in the website where I cannot access my booked tickets. It shows Unable to Retrieve Due to Communication Failure. I have called up IRCTC help desk lot of times and still do not have the issue resolved. They advised few steps which I followed, but of no use. Still it shows the same problem. I spoke to one Mr. Chetan Anand, who was supposed to get back to me with the solution. But till date nobody has resolved it.

Can you please look into this.

IRCTC — Password has to be Retrieved

Hello Sir,

I have User ID registered with IRCTC : plkiran . I have forgotten the password and Hint answer provided during Registration .

Please reset my password and send me the new password to login to IRCTC to my registered Email ID

Thanks in Advance

Kiran
Even I could not retrieve the booked tickets or booked tickets history. Can respective team from irctc reply how to access the confirmed ticket history. I need to take the print out to travel.
Sir,
why do you not give a weekly update on e ticket wait listings. At least we can cancel and rebook rather than get treated as ticketless travellers. This happens even if we book 2 months in advance ?! Shame on this system. What is the purpose of computerised booking ?

Dear Sir,
I have booked a ticket from AJJ to KCG in train no.17652 (journey date 10.6.2011) in sleeper through net booking. An amount of Rs.213+11.03 was debited to my account (Axis bank) vide ICONN/27930673/190511/Indian Railways Corpn. Immediately after I found that my transaction was success, I shifted the key before the ticket is appeared. Later on I checked in booked tickets history and could not find the ticket. Again I booked ticket for the same person, for the same train, for the same date, which was successful and found my ticket in the booked history. The PNR No. [protected] (The transaction number of axis bank is ICONN/27922121/190511/Indian Railways Corpn)

I request you kindly arrange to credit the cost of the first ticket, since I paid double time for the same ticket and the ticket was not prepared by you for the first transaction.

Sorry for the inconvenience

I have an issue in the website where I cannot access my booked tickets so that I can go for cancellation. It shows No history available, this happened after automatic up gradation to new generation IRCTC website. I have called up IRCTC help desk lot of times and still do not have the issue resolved. They advised me to put the mail asking for cancellation of ticket.
So this is my request to cancel the both ticket, PNR and detail below'.

My sign in password- 243627

PNR - [protected] Date of journey 06/06/14 from BSP to BQA

Can you please look into this, as the date of journey of one ticket is to day itself.
please find the bank transaction statement in the attachment as I have not taken the pdf of both the tickets.

its a bug because of which you cannot see your booked tickets - hence cannot take prints or cancel the same.

Solution - Instead of going on 'My Transaction'; please go to 'Proceed for Bookings'.
On this page, you would see various options on the right frame including 'Cancel Ticket' etc. Over here you should be able to locate your ticket and do the transaction. In case you are not able to see - please enter pnr number and search - you should now be able to see the ticket and do the necessary transaction.

Hope it helps.
