Irctc — forgot user id and password

I have forgotten my user ID & password in IRCTC online reservation. My mobile number [protected] is already registered. How to recover my User ID & password. Please advice me

I have forgotten my pass word. I had registered with IRTCTC quite a few years back for booking a
ticket I also do not remember the answers to the standard set of questionaire that are normally posed.

Dear Sir,
Due to some confusion, i entered wrong email id in my profile i.e.:- "[protected]@gmail.com" instead of the correct one "[protected]@gmail.com". Now when i reset my password, my new password is being sent to the email id of some other person with the email id : "[protected]@gmail.com".

Now, Sir i am unable to access my account. I urgently need to access my account for cancelling 7 tickets.
