Irctc — No Refund for many Failed transactions | |||
Hi Team, I have seen many failed transcations and was not able to help myself as the amount has not been refunded at all. i have made most of the transactions thorugh my HDFC Bank and i have checked with them. They mentioned that the amount has not been decucted from thier HDFC accounta,and has been transferred to IRCTC for all of these failed transactions,so they will not be holding any responsibiility. i have checked all my old transactions and havent seen any refunded amount from your side or either from the bank side. Dear Sir,
I booked a ticket through IRCTC dated 7th july 2008, my ticket was not booked in first attempt, the amount has been deducted from my account Rs. 2045.Although my ticket was booked in second attempt with the same amount again deducted.After a lot of call to cc and emailing there is still not any possitive response from your part.I request you to kindly refund my amount which has been deducted from my account twice.

I HV MADE 6 TRANSACTION WHICH ALL R FAILED TO BOOK MI TICKET FROM WHICH 3 PAYMENTS R GET REFUND AND 3 R NOT CREDITED TO MI DEBIT CARD ISSUED FROM STATE BANK OF INDIA.. SO PLZ TAKE ACTION ND NOTIFY ME.THANKING YOU

Respected sir, madam,While bookin tickets through IRCTC online i have had many failed transactions, for the refund of amount i contacted HDFC bank which is the bank for my amount deducted account, but thay say it has been approved by them and the IRCTC customer care should respond for the same.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and refund the amount deducted.I also give the transaction ids for the failed transactions along with the respective amounts.
