Dear sir, My nameis D, Venkateswara Rao. My mobile nois [protected]. I am getting Bolly sms, i dont know how is activated, but i told ur customer cate executive 5 times but there is no use. my complaint no is [protected], i am using airte service last four years, but now i am facing more problem in ur service, i am sure about ur customer care service is very pathetic situation, very bad condition,and very worst condition, no body not giving solution, i am thinking this mail can help to me. These peoples are sending me unwanted SMS as well CALLS in working and wee hour which is Intolerable.
So I request you a suitable action to be taken against this severe act.
