[Resolved]  Kannada People In Bangalore — Behavior of kannada people

The truth is we been so lousy shouting India's growing, Bangalore growing etc..etc.. but in reality we have fallen far from making any city in India no matter which one good and of international standards in infrastructure. Many cities have serious water, power, roadways, seepage problems and we promptly attribute to migrants casuing these . The fact is that most of the Big cities are run by real estate mafias who don't seem interested in your personal identity and safety and just make quick bucks selling properties. Indian cities are no comparison for best cities in terms of lifestyle & infrastructure, and regarding the survey etc.. nobody really bothers to delve into the truth why a city is rated high and economics behind. I must admit the Mj Sanyal has truly pointed out that referring every North Indians as cowbelt uneducated is a fashioanble misnomer we tend to apply seeing the development trends in northern states and the politics behind it, but if you go deeper to know the truth you will find astonishing results . The person who designed Google engine, Intel USB, DNA, Dual Core concept, Artificial Intelligence in Robotics, HD SDolby ound Box and several thousands of those actually belonged to either Bengal or North India . ( By no means I am saying South Indians are not in list, but for sure the list of North Indians are much higher than South, and I tell this with proven fact ) . Just in Intel Inc, you can see a majority of Indian Engineers are Northies who studied in IIT Kanpur, Mumbai, Kharagpur or Roorkie . A few from Chennai too . True that there are many from south who work in IT Industry, but think of the level of intellect require to work in Outsourced back-end jobs and how much of brain you apply in learning a software or working on something outsourced to cheaper destinations like India, China, Phillipines etc. True that people from North come and work here, but they are not just to be blamed, similarly like what you do when you go to onsite for few bucks and no American welcomes you with red carpet and they know you are nothing more than a low cost resource. Do not judge people or city based on outsourced services sector, that can collapse due to economics anytime and true development will be exposed then. I also advice peopple not to get tempted ans speak bad against North or South as Mj Sanyal said earlier . Greatness does not come in barking, rather being silent and proving what you are through action . Dont forget that Narayan Murthy is also an alumni of IIT in North India . Do you know that it was Rajeev Gandhi who proposed SM Krishna to take initiative to make Bangalore an electronic city and NCR a manufacturing hub . Do you know the reasons why ISRO/HAL were set-up in Bangalore, not because of super intelligence of people around but due to geo-strategic reaons . Having said that, even warning from people who come from North not to get tempted and write filthy against any state, or language and leave your kiddish behaviour . To some people who shouted in this forum that North Indians will be driven out from Bangalore and to all those I have a point to make very clear . Try this and you will repent . It does not take time to build cities bigger and better than Bangalore and China has created dozens in less than a decade . Ultimately you will repent. If an autoricksaw driver loots people who does not know local language then it's not the travellers fault . Do you learn French or German fully when you visit those first time. It takes time to learn a language, but lack of good governance cannot be justified through linguistic reasoning . I am not defending or justifying this or that, but friends, please think twice before commenting on other communities . I am an Indian, I respect all languages but dont have an appetite to learn all and is never possible, but I always believe that learning a language after 40s is not an easy task . But I respect every community in this beautiful planet.

Stop This Language Terrorism, There is no difference between terrorist from Pakistan and People who are against any Language or People are also Terrorist .If Nobody is Interested to be an Indian then People Have No rights to be in India.People here don't know the value of Independence, China, Pakistan and many more countries are waiting ..., be care full Guys!

I am a kannadiga born and bought up in bangalore. i love the city which was there before 2000 with lot of grennerys and less traffic with cold climate and very less people. Now the bangalore which i see is worst fully polluted and no rain from 1 and half year and my god traffic is worse. The reason for bangalore going worst is because of north indians. i am a computer service engineer i go all over bangalore for service the apartments where ever i go i will see 90% of north indians. They come from all over india and pollute my bangalore. where ever they construct a new apartment the first booking will be of north indian. They are destroying the trees and building only apartments. The tamil and telugu people at least they will try to speak kannada within one year they will learn pure kannada. but this north indians they stay for 10 years they dont learn kannada and they expect us to speak in english and hindi if i ask them from 10 years ur here then why you dont know kannada they will tell why they should learn as bangalore is a IT city. IT CITY we developed. some north indians had spoken bad about kannada in front of kannada peoples i had seen them banged in the centre of the road i think they ran away to there home town. Please leave our locals alive go to your home towns and try to develop your states.

U ppl will not respect the local so will get the same response, How can u say jst lookng at 1 auto driver, most of the auto driver in bangalore r tamil. and house owners will not talk properly because ur life style will not be like indians, bus conductors will not respect because i have see the north 2 girls hv not taken ticket and when asked they were acting and saying that in our state v will not take ticket for bus and all( Students come for studies they were not uneducated) and one more thing uneducated ppl r more in north nt in south r kannada to do simple b.com u ppl come here mind before talking. u ppl r wast no development at all u, V hv developed well and u ppl hv come to eat that. I agree completely with Parag Patwardhan. I have seen across Bangalore, they float the Red/Yellow flag, which I believe is fine; but what is more disturbing is that they do not float the national flag. If you want to see the gravity of the situation, you would need to visit public limited companies like HAL, DRDO etc. They have local flag, but not the national flag..

It is really a pity that states go in their ways, completely avoiding national integrity. It is totally against the mantra: Unity in Diversity. And our crooked politicians are messing up things with their local interests.. See new parties getting floated daily with regional interests..

Its the uneducated class of ppl who are making this place a HELL..otherwise its such a nice place..For girls this place feels to be such a scary place. In other parts of country, if a person faces an issue and asks for help, ppl come ahead and atleast ask or move to help, but here in this special place ppl will become like a zombie if an outsider asks for help. But the same ppl would be most excited to see whats happening at the problem spot.
And if they see a kannadiga in trouble they will go extra miles to help. WHY?? U r human at the end..why so region centric??wake up!!

I have had many personal experiences like bus conductor forcing me to ask the ticket in kannada as if he dsnt understand 2 words-" majestic". Auto fellows harassing girls and not responding to non kannadites. This will only increase rage among ppl and turn into fighting.

There is psychology of Single Mind and Group Mind Psychology. A Kannadian in Bangalore feel himself every outsider or unknown of kannada are simple easy target. Reason beyond that simple crow make sound in sky all other crow get together with first crow. What proof do you have, everytime you suffer a misfortune you people say a kannadiga did it. Did you verify his mothertongue to be kannada. The above person says there is powerful tamil and telugu gangism in bangalore, i would also add muslim to that list. Still you northies think a kannadiga did it. Please remember, kannada is the street language in bangalore, so without facts never directly blame kannada community. If you are talking specifically about Auto drivers, then this problem exists in whole south india. An auto driver will always tell you politely his expectation of fare, you can always refuse and take another auto but you people decide to take it to newspapers and online.

In India development means massive migration, this is the reason regions like Goa are scared of Development. Educated Goans don't want I.T industry because they think jobs will be given to non-locals. And many north and east states are insecure of development. So if bangaloreans or kannadigas are insecure of massive migration, its natural, you would not think differently if bangalore like development had happened in your state capital.

North Indians are lecturing about Indianess, then why did they invent the terms "Madrasi" and "Lungi utao pungi bajao".

Finally I'll be leaving Bagun Ka luru for my hometown Delhi. Taken a university transfer...as i could not tolerate the uncivilized and rotten attitude of these people... but i'll always remember the pain inflicted to me by these kanada people here, and I will always, seek the revenge in wherever whatever way I encounter these scumbags again. BUT FOR NOW I AM REALLY REALLY HAPPY!!! THAT MY BANGALURU CHAPTER IS FIINNAALLLYYY CLOSED!!! :-) You community is there in Delhi, you pieces of ... living peacefully(offcourse showing their rotten attitudes there too, and polluting our Delhi), but after knowing the truth about you people I am happy to say they will be leaving pretty soon...

Kannadigas are always creating problems for others. They had Kaveri problem withTN, Belgaum problem with Maharashtra and now this problem with North Indians. Before North Indians came to Bangalore, Tamilians had to bear the burnt of Kannada hooliganism. Whenever there was Kaveri issue they used to attack innocent Tamilians especially vulnerable women and children. When one of their crappy actor died of natural cause they went rioting and didn't even spare Microsoft. Tamilians are deeply indebted to North Indians because you guys have successfully tamed these hyenas. Now all they can do is rant. A more lasting solution is to declare Bangalore as a union territory.

Kaddiagas are Basically Agriculturalist .After IT Industry Boomed In Bangalore, These People started Studying engineering and Getting Into IT Industry Before IT There Main Priority was Govt Jobs, which is Not There Now .But Still they Need to Evolve as a Human Being .They are like frogs from well.they need more exposure .It will take time for them to Understand Modern world and Live with fellow Indians.

My husband is a kannadiga from mangalore and im from other state. Even I have also faced same problem . some one(I doesnt wanted to project person or incident) used to tell many times that "you other states people are coming here and spoiling here" . But I have seen many good kannadigas in our office who mingle very good . even in my team we r from different states and we r going together for lunch and tea..

Even I stayed in pg where my roommates where kannadigas and they are very good and never underestimate any people. But sometimes while hearing these kind of words really will get hurt that why people are not thinking we r all Indians and it is bcoz of God's decision we born to some states. Im here not to criticize any states but for those all who fighting for other states please we can stop this and will unite for our great India (is only country have these many cultures and different languages) .

Dear All Kannadigas & North Indians,

Beware! People harassing outsiders (mainly or only Northerners) in Karnataka in the name of Kannadigas are mostly the Tamils and could be Telgus in some situations. Worst is, they change their names and identities and speak in Kannada here, use Sanskrit names like Kannadigas and harass others. I think these tamils & their AP partners, want to shoo away all other Indians and make whole south as theirs. For this Karnataka will never support.

On the other hand, Kannadigas are surely fighting to keep up their language mainly for their own protection from the Ravanas around. Natives of Karnataka are Indians first and State next, as long as no one crosses their way.

South Indians are the worst people in India! These are a complete regional/harami/mad***chot communities in India. This politics of South Indians began long back (maybe in the year 1960s) and is now entire world has become aware of these goons! AND THIS IS A COMPLETE REALITY! Having stayed in Bangalore for 1 year (HP, Mahadevpura), I faced several problems with Telugus and Tamils (Manager). There may 'very few good people' in these communities, but mostly they are harami! Regarding Kannadigas, they are the worst! They have Belgaon issue with us (Maharashtra, which is completely a false one) wherein they attack Marathi sign boards, Marathi langugage, and Marathi people. They attack Tamil theaters because of Cauveri issue, they have problems with Andhra. But surprisingly Kannadigas, Tamils, Telugus, Mallus were/are the first to influx/migrate in other states!. Summarizing, these are radical communities and people has to beware with this goons in any part of world. In every era, good has eliminated the bad. The time has come to eliminate these communes as well.
