Dear Manager, This is to bring to your notice that we had applied for Power Grid FPO for our client Mr. Ankur Jariwala The client was not allotted the shares and has not got the refund of amount Rs. 46,800 back in his account. As per the conversation with Mr. Nisar from Karvy, we did not yet got the refund for the funds in our account as there was some PAN mismatch in my application. We had applied for 520 shares for value Rs. 46800. Details of Application are as follows: Application No: 15989962. Applicant Name: Ankur Jariwala. Cheque Date: 11/11/2010. Cheque Amount: 46,800. I would request you to kindly give the refund to our client ASAP. We have been following this with Karvy since last 15 days, but the response from Karvy has not been professionalism. They do not answer the calls properly neither respond to the email. The client has sent the email to the Karvy (einward.[protected]@karvy.com) on 3rd Dec 2010, but has yet not received proper reply. We will have to approach SEBI incase we are not getting your reply by Monday. It is our sincere request to you to please give the refund to our client Mr. Ankur Jariwala. I HAVE APPLIED FOR 520 QTY OF POWER GRID-FPO . MY APPLICATION NO WAS 24245950 DT.10/11/2010 ,FULL VALUE OF RS46800/ HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOTED ANY SHARE.I OPTED MY REFUND THROUGH RTGS . BUT THEY POSTED REFUND CHEQUE ON WRONG ADDRESS.I COMPLAINED THEM FIVE TIMES BEFORE BUT THEIR ANSWER IS SAME.
Kindly look into the matter and forward it to the right platform so that i can get my refund which is already delayed.

More than four months have been passed the Karvy yet to refund my money for one or another reasons. I inquired about non-delivery by DTDC courier which confirm that the consignment mentioned overleaf has been lost. I also personally inquired and they confirm the same.
Again and again they wrote me through e-mail please bear with us we will arrange to send a duplicate DD on 1.2.2011. Still i have to receive this DD.

sir iam subcribe an issue of powergrid corporation application no 33819892 sonaiya sagar chandulal from my bank account number [protected] of hdfc bank bhavanagar para branch cheqe number 0018173 the amount of 99450/- but the refund is credited by karvy computer at the account of mr. santosh kumar who is clint of icici bank i requested to karvy many times by email and phones but they are not give answers i give this money on 24/11/2010 i request to consumer court please solve this matter because karvy is doing fraud with me.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

The issue came in August 2009, and there has been inordinate delay in sending the refund in to our bank accounts as mentioned in the application forms, with RTGS code.
My earlier mail dated[protected] has completely been ignored by Karvy Computershares, which is very unfair practice of the company.
