In 2008 I have booked a plot in a venture called Nano Paradise which is promoted by karvy Realty. I made a payment of 40% of total amount. Since then the developers completely stopped developing the land. I called up karvy realty and asked for reimbursement of the amount which they did not agree and asking me to pay the remaining amount and register the plot. I am not sure how many people are suffering like me.

I would like to request for your best attention to help a consumer like me save my money invested in a trustworthy company like Karvy and kindly respond to my query at the soonest

Karvy Realities — Not cancelling the booking

Hi,

I booked a plot by giving 10% as token money in Nov-2007 from Karvy Realities company in Hyderabad. They were telling that they will get HUDA approval in a month or two. But, after 3 months (Feb-2008) they asked for 15% more money, which i gave. Now its being a year, they are not in a position to register the plot as there is some problem going on between them and Govt. Now, i asked them to cancell my booking and refund my money by deducting 10% as per their guidlines.
Now, they are not cancelling my plot and asking me to register some other plot and not refunding my money.
Please let me know what to do in this case.

I am Nitish jain applied for Orris Aster court premier project thru Karvy in Gurgaon.
They are now not refunding the Broker Dsicuount to me since last 10 months of followup. Please suggest me how to get the same. Karvy is behaving as if they have no intentions to give back the broker discount.
Karvy is cheating people. Whenever I call the karvy person who is dealing with this venture, he says that i need to directly deal with the developer and the developer says you need to deal with karvy since the agreement was made with karvy. I have still not got my money back. Its very sad that a company like karvy is behaving like this.

    Dear Sir,

    Previously I am working with karvy stock broking ltd and i have resigned from karvy and relieve on 27.09.2011 but till date they have not deactivated my ncfm certificates( NCFM-[protected]). Number of times i have request them to deactivate my ncfm certifacates but they do not deactivate my certificates and not release my ncfm certificates.

      I have taken a mediclaim policy through Karvy broking company at gurgaon. At the time of renewal of policy thay fail to communicate some new issues with me. I have made my all documents and amount cheque before one month of policy lapse. They are always misguiding me. This policy renewal latter will come next 45 day after end of policy. At last thay told me policy premium have been increases by yhe company and they try to communicate you but they did not get any response from my side.

          Its regarding PF with Karvy Data Mangement service LTD as per on line
          PF Status A/c no-APHYD[protected] they have issued 2 cheque that
          is 559651 & 320043 DATED 19/07/2011 but till date its not credited in
          my A/c where in i have give all the details residenceaddress proof /
          cancelled cheque and bank address as well and iam not getting any
          reply from Karvy according to them i should do followup with PF
          official hydrabad which not possible as iam staying in mumbai also
          tried from mumbai Pf office but they told they dont have any record as
          the A/c is of hydrabad

          Kindly suggest what can be done to know where the cheque is lying

              KSBL — non activation of number.

              Hi,
              I have applied to ur vadophone billing number twice in last month, but there is no response. Last time applied 4 days back to ur vadophone store in andheri(E). I spoke to the branch managerJeet and submit all my documents. I am not happy with the service...as TAT is 48 hours...why it is not yet activated...please explain...my number is [protected]

                We are the policy holder of Karvy National Insurance Co
                • Policy No 150109/46/[protected]
                • Plan Period 30.10.2009 to 29.10.2010 we applied for renewal of our policy on 18th October by paying amount send to KARVY well in time and we have confirmation receipt dated 23.10.2010 by email, Policy processing delay reasons best known to Karvy.
                • Karvy National Insurance Co issued fresh cards, Plan Period 30.11.2010 to 29.11.2011
                • Unfortunately my wife was admitted in Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad on 27th November 2010, Karvy assured us that the claim will be settled after discharge by submitting all the documents which we paid.
                • Family Health Plan (TPA) requested us to send all documents to Kolkata office. The same submitted well in time.
                • FHPL (TPA) limited given reference file : Claim No: KOL 88703
                • FHPL (TPA) approved the claim and forwarded the same to National Insurance Corporation Kolkata to release the payment directly.
                • National Insurance Company sent a regret claim letter.
                • We are following up with Karvy rigorously - all our efforts are in vain.
                • We request your good officers to resolve this issue and our claim to release immediately.

                I visited Columbia Asia hospital Whitefield, as my Mom had severe pain in Hands and Shoulder, I had this FHPL insurance I checked with the insurance people they told you carry on with Admission and after admission and treatment, By evening the Insurance people have denied the cashless claim. And told all nonsense and fooled us. this is one of worst insurance i have ever seen. Please BEWARE of these FRAUD insurance, they are useless Only if something major surgery only you can claim, Is what i heard from them. THis is Stupid thing. Please DONT GO for it.

                Its a WASTE of MONEY

                  Hi,

                  I am unsatisfied client of karvy.My A/c number is 51570 and its in noida branch.I am complaining about transaction which happened on 01aug.I Bought a crude at a rate of 4220 and i called your executive Vishal Kumar to sell crude at 4209 as i saw crude is falling.Vishal confirmed me that he had bought it at the rate of 4209 but 15mins later i was told that my position is not been cancelled at 4209 and now its coming at the different rate and i said to Vishal my selling rate was 4209 and its not an error from my end and he only confirmed me that 4209 is a selling rate.He asked me to leave it as it is and next day i got a call again that crude rate is 4154 which was rubbish as i made it clear last night only that i sold crude at 4209 and i have nothing to do with the new rate.Later on when i checked my a/c balance my a/c was debited for 5500Rs which is fruad.I reported this matter but i didnt get any solution and the agents were very rude to me and even Vishal said to me its his fault and would compensate me but also said not to deal with Karvy in future.You guys hire agents who say to your customers not to deal,i wonder how long would karvy run if you keep hiring agents like VISHAL.Someone who is superior must look into this matter on priority basis and i expect 5500Rs to be credited in my a/c within 24hrs.

                  i have learnt a lesson as well not to deal with companies like karvy comtrade as its a fradulent company and people do fraud with your funds.

                  hello sir ,
                  im ex employe of karvy com trade and i worked in 3 month. my problem is i did not get my last salary i told my senior and branch manager.i worked in jamshedpur jharkhand branch comodity dealer.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I would strongly disagree with this complaint of yours. Also, this is absoulutely an immature act on your behalf to put this complaint on this platform because, the complaint raised by you here is strongly denied and not at all done in good sense. We are a highly reputed commodity broker across the globe and by doing this act you are defaming reputation of my company.

                  We have all recordings to support our action and same could be provided to you over email and in personal discussion whenever you feel comfortable for the same.

                  I would like to inform you about some facts to which I agree:-

                  1) You had correctly asked my executive to put trade of Crdue @ 4209(for sale)

                  2) Due to technical mistake, the order was held pending @ 4209 and could not execute because price slipped down.

                  3) We realised after some time and admitted our mistake and same was informed to you over phone and was advised to book a loss of mere Rs1100/-(10 points by that time because crude slipped down to 4198 by the time) and was assured that we can make up this small loss of Rs1100 only by that time.

                  4) But you refused to book the such a minimum loss(which we were agreing to make up.)

                  5) You clearly told my executive that now you want to see the trade further and will look after yourself.

                  Sir, we do not book trades without the consent of the client. This is against our ethics to book trades without client's confirmation. We had agreed our mistake where rate skipped below and by mistake, my executive confirmed that your trade is done. This is mannual error and it can be done by anyone who is a part of this market. But, then also, we had played our role well by informing you and by admitting such a mistake.

                  Sir, this loss rose to Rs5500 from Rs1100/- only only because of you, where you did not book the loss and you said, that, theron, you yourself will lookafter the rate and you do not want to book loss. You had also said that the rates might come up again and you will see it youself.

                  Sir, yesterday, you have threatened me and my staff over phone that you will come to my office with 8-10 people and with media and with police and were threatning us to defame us in front of public.(for which I have recorded proofs).

                  I would like to request your good self to kindly sit over a cofee and discuss the matter politely.

                  Any suggestion would be appreciable.

                  With reference to the email mentioned below.Kindly note that whenever you talk to a customer and write an email to your client you need to use a professional language.Firstly you need to greet your customer not use languages like IMMATURE as you represent Karvy Comtrade and by doing so you hamper th image of your company.


                  Secondly this is totally absurd that i asked your agent Vishal to hold crude, i made him clear to sell it at 4209 and due to your mistake i am not responsible
                  if you didnt cancel the position as he confirmed me its been sold at 4209, however i called later on to check whats the rate of crude as i want to make sell call and then your agent realised that position is still on hold and asked me to sell it at 4198.I made him clear that i have nothing to do with it as i have already sold it at 4209.Considering the rate was coming at 4198 for crude you should have cancelled the position there and then and bear a loss of 1100Rs but due to your stupidity you were holding the position.and waited next day and the rate dropped to 4154
                  .

                  Next day Vishal told me that rate is coming at 4154 and asked me to cancel the position but i said to him i have nothing to do with it as it is none of my business as error is from your end, however he made a request to cancel it and Karvy would compensate a loss of 5500Rs.Vishal told me that he would give me a cheque or a DD within couple of days and later on he denied.


                  You need to check your facts properly before blaming your customers and humiliating them and i expect 5500Rs to be credited to my a/c asap.

                  Your trading practice are not up to mark and you guys seriously need proper training.

                    I have worked for Karvy Stock Broking at Mumbai branches from Oct 2005 to Nov 2008.
                    They have told me to resign on 2 dec as the client has not given the cheque.

                    They have also not given the payment for the month Nov 2008 and also not paid any compensation for not giving prior notice.

                        Karvy Computershare Private Limited — Refund Money

                        I Rohan Sharma has an Demat account with Religare Securities Limited. I had applied for the Reliance Power IPO for 225 shares out of which 17 of the value of Rs. 7310/- were alloted to me. For that i deposited the amount of Rs. 25875/- . Therefore the company has my credit balance of Rs. 18565/- which has to be refunded to me. The account number mentioned with Religare Securities is saving account no[protected] whereas the cheque issued by Reliance Power towards my account was[protected]. Due to the wrong account no. mentioned in the cheque by the company I could not
                        encash the cheque received from the company . I already send back the original cheque and write a letter about this misspelling and a reminder also one and a half month ago but till date no action has been taken against this matter. So, this is my request to you that a fresh cheque should be issued for a amount of Rs. 18565/- in the account no.[protected] in the name of Rohan Sharma.

                          I Applied for a Demat account for online trading of Shares with Karvy, they charged 2500/-INR and assured for best services, but now it's more then one month but no one has contacted me from Karvy, I received few mails for USER ID & Passwords but they were not working and I infomed the same through returned mail but still no response, the contact numbers are always buisy so you never get a chance to speak with them, I am very much annoyed with this kind of services and I will never recomend anyone to use Karvy services.

                              I am policy holder under KARVY-NIC Health plan
                              I joined the scheme along with my wife in Feb 2010 with UHID FHKN [protected].
                              This was to expire on 27 Feb 2011.

                              Before the expiry ,on 21 Feb 2011 I paid my renewal premium along with renewal request-form.
                              My premium cheque was encashed on 26 Feb 2011 a day before expiry of my first policy.
                              However when I recieved the new medical cards I found that the renewal status has not been granted to me and the policy has been issued from 25 March 2011 onwards with new UHID Number NIC [protected].

                              Kindly take to correct this anamoly

                              Please note that the same correction may be incorporated with my Spouse K.ATCHAMAMBA (UHID No. FHKN[protected] for 2010-11,NIC[protected] for 2011-12)

                                I am attached to Karvy for Stock Trading since last year. In April 2011, they suddenly make my ledger cash to zero (as they said as per SEBI they are doing the quarterly closing and issuing the cheques to customers on their balance amount). Though they issued the check the check was first routed to frachises office and finally get credited on my bank after 8-10 days. Any transaction (purchase) if I made thru Karvy during this 8-10 days I have pay the amount to Karvy separately, whereas the balance amount as on cheqeue issue date was suuficient for that settlement. Also, I have registered bank account number with them, where they can easily credit the amount for reuse on following transactions. My question is just issuing the cheque can they make the customer ledger balance zero. Who is eating up the interest on that part, as just issuing the cheque doesn't immedaiate withdraw money from Karvy's account and they are enjoying that interest very cleverly.

Request you all to not to go there for pledging the gold. they are new in the business hence they are not co-ordinating with the client's about there loan

                                      Person sitting at Guwahati Branch is not picking phone calls. We have to vist the office for minor issues which can be resolve over phone. And it is not taht I am lodging complain only for the sake of lodging a complain. I had call various day (working days only) for number of times, but all went in vain. It is not that no one is in the office. Sometime Phone is busy also, but next instant my call goes unattended. Please look into it.
