    Hi,

    I have applied for IDFC Infrastructure bond in october 2010 (Application Number[protected] and can see its allotment on karvy website but still havnt received the physical copy of the same

    I tried contacting them many times by phone an n numbers of email([protected]@karvy.com) but all in vain.

      I too had bad experiences with many of these sites and damn irritated. Finally I found one interesting site which they have started very recently but the problem is they offer services only on yahoo.

        I HAD OPEN THE DMAT ACCOUNT NO[protected] WITH KARVY LAST YEAR BUT TILL DATE NEITHER ANY SOFTWARE HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN MY COMPUTER AS PER THEIR SAYING, NOR I HAVE BEN ABLE TO OPERATE MY ACCOUNT. I HAD MADE TELEPHONIC CALL TO THEIR OFFICE AT CHANDIGARH SEVERAL TIMES BUT BEARING NO RESULT.
        NOW THEIR ASSISTANT MANAGER - DEBTORS MANAGEMENT HAS SENT ME A LETTER DEMANDING RS. 2,360/- WHAT IS THIS FOR NOT EXPLAINED.
        THIS IS REALLY A FRAUD ACT, AXTORTION OF MONEY, AND DEFICIENCY IN SERVISES ON THEIR PART.

          From the above details it is clear that this is a case of MISTRUST & FRAUD, as nothing is matching, neither numerically nor alphabetically, even the city is also different.

          After so many letters, emails, registered posts, phone calls including STD calls and vigorous follow up, the refund of Rs. 74,056.50 was given to me on 2-2-2011 and shares were credited to my demat account on[protected].
          This is not just the mistake, it is the case of FRAUD which has led me to go into the depression and during this tenure, I had suffered the immense tension as no satisfactory answer nor reply was received from the “Karvy computershare private Limited”.

          I am a genuine retail investor and the amount invested by me , has a very significant importance for me and my family. This matter has given me immense tension due to that I need to undergo so many tests and medical check ups.

          We had received a communication from Karvy that they can give us only the interest @15% p.a. for the delayed period and difference in the share price.

          I request to the consumer court to look into the matter and give me the justice. I had not invested my money to earn interest on that nor I had invested my money to get the benefit of difference in share price.
          This all can be calculated in monetary terms, but what about the mental stress and tension????
          Can Karvy return my peace to me which I had lost in last 4 months????
          Can Karvy help me to restore my health due to this reason????

          They are admitting the fraud (emails & letters received from Mr. Ganapathy and Mr. Madhusudhan in Karvy) so now to compensate my mental tension , I am asking Rs. 100,000 as compensation as either I or my God knows that how critical were these 3 months for me and my family. I am a 50 year old housewife and the amount invested by me , was my life time saving.
          Now , I request to the consumer court to look into the matter and help me to get the reasonable amount of compensation for my mental stress and tension.

          Please let me know if any other supporting document or information is required in this case.

            Karvy Gorakhpur Branch, organized a camp in BHEL Jhansi Township during end of Jan2011. In this camp they called the individuals on phone that they have been selected for one year free insurance and may come to the camp to collect the same. After 2nd reminder when we went to the camp on 20.01.2011, Mr Shailesh Rizhwani [protected] & Mr Mahendra Tolani [protected] explained me about the Karvy insurance sevice. After getting my details, they proposed me the TATA AIG Life insurance. In this they gave me the wrong feed back about the plan. According to them after 5 years of policy, i will get the periodic cash payment of 5% of the Face Amount, after 10 year I will get the 10% and after 20 years I will get the 15% of the face value, also this policy will cover insurance of both Insurance holder & nominee. In case of death of the policy holder the periodic cash payment will be given to nominee. Also along with this scheme we will get the lifelong free Karvy Insurance membership.

            But when we received the TATA AIG Policy documents, It is categorically written in their documents that 5% of the face value only will be payable in 10th year of the policy. My policy details are given below

            After that I talked to Mr Shailesh Rizhwani on phone. He insured that I will get the documents related to above scheme with a month. But till date I have not received any documents. Now I am trying them on phone/ mobile, but they are not lifting the mobiles.

            Karvy Insurance — Forged Insurance Policy issued, against the terms with National Insurance

            My parent (Senior citizens) were issued the insurance policy by Karvy Insurance Co. Karvy stated at the time of insurance that it has tie-ups with National Insurance Co. for the insurance covers and therefore it accepted the money by cheque and also issued the Health Insurance I-Cards to them.

            After around 10 months, my father suffered from Oral Cancer and when we submitted the claim to them, the National Insurance people replied us to submit the Karvy Customer ID. We submitted the I-Cards as issued by Karvy. But they still insisted for certain customer ID of Karvy, which we were not aware of. We contacted Karvy for this issue and lodged the complaint.

            No one replies for this matter. National Insurance says that it will close the complaint in absence of this Karvy Customer ID.

            We do not know now what to do? It seems Karvy has willingly taken up the money and cheated us for this case.

                  i am complaining regarding the behavior and services provided by the karvy branch in Bhilai.
                  i submitted my pan card application on the date of 16 Jan 2011 but now till date i could not received any receipt and also my Pan card, the services of pan card deptt of bhilai branch is very pathetic and the leady doesnot have the proper manner to talk also and the staff is also very rude.

                      i ashok kumar jain age 64 am a retired officer o[censored].p. s.r.transport corporation. i paid for above policy to karvy gomtingar branch lucknow but have not received national insurance corpn policy stating therein the t and c of my health insurance. instead of it they have given me addresses of hospitals printed in a two inch booklet, hard to read, published by a third company . karvy has also not supplied me the lic policy for market plus scheme, though several months have passed. i tred to contact their local insurance head but he refused to talk to me.when i told him that he may face a criminal complaint he asked for my mail i.d. and promised to reply soon. i nseek an apology from karwy otherwise a cr case will be filed against them for cheating/fraud.

                        This is to inform you that we ( Hdfc Bank Ltd-Malad east Branch-BM -Manoj Shroff0 had submitted one KYC applications form of one of our client Mr.Rakesh R Varma ( Pan card No:AJNPV2509D). Our clietn has not recived any communication from Karvy nor from CVL for the status of his KYC application form which was submitted on 22nd nov 2010 at Karvy office in Mumbai. Our staf has been continously following up with staff of karvy but in vain as the staff shows helplessness in leting us know the status of the application form. If the KYC form is rejected the client need to know the reasons and should recived the rejections letter so that corrective action can be taken which has not followed. client has been follwoing with us on regular basis but we have no answer to inform him the reasons for rejections. Pls.intervene to help the client get his KYC done.

                          This is to bring to your notice an illegal transaction done by a Broker along with Karvy Mutual fund Services .With due respect I Puspashree Sujata Das a permanent residence of C-90, Sector -1, Rourkela -8, Orissa would like to state that My husband Mr. Umakant Parida deposited Rs 2 Lakhs dated 23.03.07 and Rs 1 lakh dated 5.03.07 in LIC Mutual Fund through a broker named Naresh Kumar Acharya ,Code No –ARN 11849 .My Husband expired on 30 .03.2008 .On 7.02.2011 I wished to redeem the amount that was invested so I went to Karvy Services Office in Rourkela .There by I was informed that the money has been already withdrawn by the broker with false signatures of my husband on the related documents after a year and half of my husband’s demise .The amount withdrawn was further deposited in the Bank of India AC No -[protected] in the name of my husband (Mr. Umakant Parida) and with his signatures on the required documents .
                          The Bank details including the permanent address details were changed by Karvy officials without validating the same from me or the nominee .The cheque also has been handed over to the broker Mr. Naresh Kumar Acharya by the Karvy officials without informing the nominee or myself .Request your kind and immediate attention to the same and action against the parties involved in the
                          same and return my money at the earliest .

                              I applied for Power Grid FPO. I am neither issued any shares not any refund has yet been given to me by Kary Computers Pvt. Ltd. My applicatlion No. is[protected]. I have asked the karvy authorites on phone to refund my money but every time they ask me to confirm my address and nothing is done by them. I have several times sent my address confirmation to them.

                                due to no shares alloted to me refund was despatched on[protected] to me but it was refuded without delivering to me after that many times i contact on email & telephone with karvy computer share pvt ltd hydrabad asking for redespatch of refund but till date they are not redespatch refund till date & fraud information given on my email that they are despatched & on telephone every time they reply we will despatch tommorrow or day after tommorrow.

                                    I have applied for MOIL IPO for 289 shares and paid Rs.108375/-. And i have allotted 17 shares for Rs.6K and the balance money was supposed to be refunded just after allotment in Dec10. But as on date i have not received my refundable money Rs.102318.75.

                                    I have made several call on ..... but they did not pick the call, or they put on hold for long time. But no response.

                                    i am making calls & sending emails since last 1 month 20th Dec2010 onwards but they are not responding.

                                    on 3rd Jan2011 i have received one email (einward.[protected]@karvy.com) to confirm the address, which i have updated on 4th Jan2011. But still i have not received my refund.

                                        This complaint is regarding PF Withdrawal PF No: AP/HY/51485/0695, i have applied for PF Withdrawal on June month 2010 in karvy HO Hyderabad, they said we have processed your PF form on 8/06/2010 to PF OFFICE ( The Regional PF Commissioner, PF Organization, Regional Office, 3-4-763, Barakatpura, HYDERABAD - 027, Ph:[protected] and "PF Department will take two and half months to clear the applications from date of submission and amount will be directly credited to your Bank A/c by PF Authorities. Please check with Bank people after completion of above period". i have no response whenever i tried to that phone number. , i have not receievd my PF Money yet. Pls do the needful
