[Resolved] katpadi railway station — enquiry problem
this complaint s to highlight the negligence found in picking up the phone for enquiry details in KATPADI railway station in tamilnadu. there s no proper enquiry desk in the railway station. and whenever you cal to 131 there s no one to pick up the phone. its creates a great in inconvenience to the passenger who want to know the details regarding the train.
