Kenstar - Air Conditioner — AC Repair not being carried out

In spite of repeated complaints the agents of Kenstar Appliances are not carrying out repair to AC.

In our case also the authorised agent is not carrying out the repairs/replacement of the defective compressor of the Air Conditioner in spite of the AC being under Warranty period and the machine under yearly comprehensive AMC.

sir, i purchase 3 kenstar 1 ton airconditioner from your authorised dealer, bill no 11272, dated6/8/2007, dealer name mahindrta agencies mayur nagar thatipur gwalior, but since installation 1 unit of( A.C), having problems i complaint many more time at customer care and dealer but they cannot solve it, after that august 2008 compressor of this uint failed and after many more complaints compreesor o[censored]nit change at march2009, but unit take 12-14 ampere after complaint again many more times he said the compressor installed in march it was 1.5ton by fault, after one month compreesor again dead, i complaint many more times but i cannot recive satisfactory reply
till date4/5/2009 at very hot conditionsit is very painful to me and our customers, i am hopeless and decided to go to consumer forum

Kenstar Split A/C — mONER OF SPLIT a/c NOT GETTING FROM LAST 6 MONTHS

We have purchased the KENSTAR SPLIT AC in 2006 the motor of A/C is not working we have given compliant to the KENSTAR service center but these is no response, Then after repeat reminder we have logged compliant, then they have sent one service representative wherein the new spare was rusted one and not good condition,

Request you pls intervene the same so that we can get the relive from the service, KENSTAR IS HAVING THE PATHETIC SERVICES.

i truly agree...they are more than [censored]s ...bassturds...i am using their microvawe...got it repaired and the service center provided by those people are awfull...named Shreenathji service zone...bluddy hell...
such company can only be dummed in the river and his owner...

china material is better than buying this bluddy kenstar...its awfull ...

I have purchased a Kenstar AC, (1 ton) Model Number is:KT12GN
From Nahar Marketing, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore 641 043, two years back.
Now the AC remote is not working properly. (Remote Model Number is GZ-056A-E1) I have contacted Nahar Marketing, But they advised to contact the Coimbatore Service centre, at Sanvee Customer Care, Sivanda Colony, Coimbatore 12, they said they will solve the problems. So I went to the Sanvee customer care and logged the complaint. On 2nd February 2012. They are assured to arrange for New Remote. Later I have contacted so many times in person and phones. Every time when I contact they said they arranged for a new remote, as soon as they get it and inform me. But still we didn’t get .

Kindly clarify the following.

• Can I get the remote, if it is when will I get it?
• Whether the parts will be available any where in Coimbatore Centre.

Without remote I am not able to use the A C. I can bare with ac remote cost.

Kindly help me and let me know the status.

Hi,

I have purchased a Kenstar AC, (1.5 ton) last may month From Amazon shopping india,
Now the AC Not cooling and one time hair service person come and fill gas two days ran good after that same problem repeated then raise complaint again the service person not come and the service center said various reason.so kindly replace the new one, because everytime i cnt follow up like this and my personal work also affected this follow up, so please take action paramanant otherwise return back ac paymoney.
