[Resolved] Khosla Electronics — Delivery of defective product and no service post delivery | |
I have purchased a electrolux microwave and refrigerator from Khosla Electronicsin garia on 19/7/2009 with full cash payment. The delivery was supposed to happen the next day but it happened after 5 days, On delivery i saw the fridge and microwave both were defective, Khosla refused to take the goods back and said that they will inform the company and get the goods inspected. Post the inspection when i called khosla for a replacement as it not only falls under the warrenty period but is also new they said goods once sold is not their responsibility for anything. So i had to get in touch with Videocon and even till now the fresh fridge and nicrowave has not got delivered even after following up everyday. I purchased a split ac on 20th May 2017, till 26th May 2017 Khosla Electronics Barrackpore does not delivered the ac. Their sales man Mr. Goutam Chatterjee is lying all the time. The manager also lying all the time. KHOSLA ELECTRONICS IS THE WORST SHOP to buy any electronic goods. I purchased another samsung ac i n 2015. It was also defective. Please don't go to Khosla Electronics.
Khoshla salt lake beside city center is very honest to deliver the demo materials (like which was on their wall). I have repeatedly said them please do not deliver the shown product as their sales man offered me. I cleverly took the sl no of that. but after getting the materials it is shown that my sl no is same with that. I complained to Khosla and they refused. you will be helpless as the guys who was in that store will not co-operate with customers after sells. Like that they don't know us. and the customers are the valueless person to them. I will not buy anymore from that store.

Defecting whirlpool refrigerator delivered. I purchased a 215, LTR whirlpool vitamagic pro Wine Electra on 31st July 2018 from Khosla electronics sodepur. On the next day they delivered a defective product with scratches all over inside and outside the body of the fridge. Very bad sale service.
