I (Biswadeep -[protected]) have purchased one lg refrigerator of 190 lt from khosla electronics park circus brunch, at the time of delivery the delivery persons of the company has confirmed that the refrigerator is defective as the legs of the same getting stable while in use. Its having wobbling issue. When called the sales person of khosla for replacement, she told it will be done later as she is week off & i have to wait, no prompt reply received. Details of the dealer attached.

    We had purchased 3 product of electronics good so we went to khosla electronics pvt ltd in garia kolkata they gave the extimate @ 82800 for 1. Whirlpool ac 1.5 ton - rs 33500 (Instalation extra of rs 2250) 2. Samsung 32 - rs 23500 3. Godrej eon refrigerter-rs 25800 Earlier we confirm twice for 1.5 ton ac but the store manager mr ranjeet ([protected]) landline no[protected] &[protected]delivered 1 ton ac & now he is telling that we paid for 1 ton only but the same product ac whirlpool 3d cool plt v (1.5 t silver) 5 star in great eastern electronics in dhakuria has asked for @ rs 36400 (Including instalation of rs 2250) & in online also its cost very less. Please suggest us.

      We have purchased a washing machine and a fridge from khosla on 26th may, during purchase they promissed the delivery within 72 hours, but we got the delivery late. That too they supplied us the defective fridge from their dispaly, when we enquired about that they said we had no stock so we deliver your material from the showroom. As it was a defected peice we declained to take the material and asked to replace it. Initially they agreed to it but now they are saying as there is no stock so they cannot replcae the fridge and we have to use the defective one, Now they (Khosla electronics sales people) hjave stopped taking our calls. Kindly help.

        Ordered a whirlpool washing machine on 2/20 at khosla electronics, garia (contact person ms piyali)- paid cash and asked to be delivered on 3/07 (my mother-in-law's birthday) by 2pm. The machine was delivered on 7th night - with signs of wear and tear (no cover on panel), rust and water marks all over the inside. We did not take the machine out of the box, whirlpool guys came for a demo and acknowledged the issues and promised to replace it. The replacement arrived today - 19 days later. we had called whirlpool customer service and complained but they do not have the courtesy to call back. we kept on being told that the model is out of stock. but we were not provided with any update (contact person ms pompi). Please do not go to khosla and avoid whirlpool.
        The Whirlpool guys say they will come for demo tomorrow.
        Our son's birthday was on the 9th. With so many functions at home we needed the washing machine but could not use it, altough one was sitting at home.
        But nobody is sorry for this - neither Whirlpool nor Khosla.

          Telling that it was a 3g phone, but later i detected that it is a 2g phone

          My smartphne samsung galaxy star advance, my father brought it from khosla electronics. It costed him rs. 7000.00 approx. My father asked for a 3g phone. He said and gave this phone as telling that it is a 3g phone. As i suggested for the 2g phone. So i need to complaint about this. Help me out. Pls....

          I have purchased a godrej 260 rt eon 260 p 2.3 refrigerator from khosla electronics in nagerbazar on 19/8/2014. They offered micromax mobile smart phone rs 6990/- as free and inform me that gift is due, gift should be delivered with 2-3 days but still now i have not received any gift.

            It is not khosla but ghopla electronics. This shop, with a lot of chor/badmash, deliberately deliver defective products to customer and refuse for exchange. I am a poor victim of this shop. I had puchased an lg microwave oven from khosla electronics (Opp. City centre-i), kolkata on nov. 17 2013 on cash payment. They delivered a defective (Fully broken inside, broken accessories) to me. On complaining, they refused to take it and told for the company to inspect. Then someone from lg inspected and reported the fact to his superior after which i was told to submit bank details on which they would refund the amount (Since the model was not available at that time for exchange). Now after lapse of 2 months, i have not received anything except false assurance every week that i would get the refund in next 5-6 days.
            Had i reviewed comments on khosla electronics earlier, i would not have visited this fraud/corrupt/... (I dont find words to describe) khosla (Ghopla) electronics. I would never go for khosla nor for lg product atleast while in kolkata.
            I advise people just to say "no to khosla electronics" i[censored] donot like to be harassed like me.

              Hi! This is arnab dasgupta from hyundai. Today i went to your showroom at dumdum, nagerbazar (3:50 p. M) to buy a refrigerator. But after getting inside i was shocked to see that all the executives were very busy watching the eastbengal vs dempo match and no one bothered to attend the customer. I waited for 15 min till the match gets over but sorry to say the result was same. I felt very much insulted there and decided that ill never go to your showroom ever but ill share my bad experience with everyone so that they do not go there ever.

              Its a suggestion to you that look into this matter seriously as now a days people have plenty of option to go for.

                This is to inform you that on 12/05/2011 me and my friend went to khosla electronics, hazra to buy ac. I bought a 1 ton whirlpool ac and my friend bought a 1.5 ton ac. The salesman, mr. S. Raha, who attended us did not inform us that the company is providing a free reebok trolley. When my friend came to know from a paper advertisement he contact the shop and after a brief argument they admit to give the free gift to my friend. Not only that the company listed price was 19, 700/- for 1 ton 3 star a. C while i paid 20, 900/-. Yesterday may friend collect the trolley bag.

                Today when i went to the collect the gift mr. Raha promptly ask me to pay some amount to avail the free gift. When i ask why i am suppose to pay extra amount when my friend didn't he told me my friend already paid it so he got it. I when call my friend from the shop he denied it. Then mr. Raha told me without extra money he cannot provide me my free gift.

                Is this way to behave a customer? Not only that he take extra money but also he is demanding more. I think being a weaker sex i am facing such misbehavior from the man. He didn't ever think to ask money from my male friend while giving the gift.

                I am sending a copy of this complaint to bajaj finance who finance me. And i will order a stop payment until and unless khosla electronics settle the matter with an apology.

                  One haier make washing machine was booked on 17th march, 2011 and it was promised that the said item will be delivered on 21st march, 2011. But though after several follow up, the delivery is still pending as on date (24.03.2011, 12.10pm). The attitude and mdoe of talking of the company sales man is very arrogant and absolutely unsatisfactory and as seems they are least bothered after taking the money.

                  old cameras — Late delivery

                  Dear Sir,

                  I collect old cameras as a hobby and do import certain item from various countries on e-bay. These items are at time held up at postal customs for several weeks before it has been delivered to me. There are instances where I have not received some items. Though these items are covered by ebay's policy of refund for non delivery. It is quite frustrating since some of these items are rare and very difficult to get.

                  I believe there has to be some consistency in the delivery period and should be on par with the best. worldwide.

                  I went to Khosla Electronics at Nager Bazar Branch today (07/4/2011) at 8:30 PM to purchase some Electronics goods, but at entrance your appointed security does not allow me to enter the show room and explaining that the time is over. I have requested to him explaining my time management problem to enter into the room, but he regret me so many time and I am so many offended about the incident. This was the first visit to your show room and which give me a bitter fillings.

                  I have purchased a videocon LCD on 11th june from khosla nagerbazar branch.there was an offer of free timex watch with any purchase which was appeared in Telegraph.

                  it's nearabout 2 mnths since i have purchased it. I have visited thrice for the free gift of watch but everytime I was told that it's not reached them yet.

                  It's totally fake offer as I understand.They are cheating with customers.Everywhere, If any free gift goes due, 2 out of every 10 customers used to follow up, rest leaves.That is the profit of them as I understand.

                  I had gone to Khosla Electronics, Nagerbazar for purchasing a Kodak Camera. The Salesmen's behavior was so rough that I was fourced to leave the showroom without any intention of purchase.
                  I was just enquiring about the prices of a few models which they were very much reluctant to tell me.
                  Extreme Bad Behavior. It is shocking that a shop hardly one year old shows so much of arrogance without a single sign of customer satisfaction.

                  i have purchased Air Conditioner From Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd on 06/06/18
                  which was delivered on 07/06/18 and installed on 09/06/18 but installation was not completed as the outdoor unit did not Gas in it ( as informed by installer ) and again the installer came on 13/06/18 for refill the Gas after he completed his job he left and i left for office . Next day i noticed the AC was not cooling enough but i could not complain as all three phone numbers given on their bill was unreachable. i had no option but to go into store again to complain on 16/06/18 where they promised to get the problem fixed on monday. i had to take a day off from my office to wait for engineer to come and fix my AC, i waited all day but no one came only they came after 9:00 PM. These engineers where from Hitachi brand of which i bought the AC and when i told them the outdoor unit of the did not have GAS the first day they said Khosla Electronics shouldn't have installed the AC as it as brought faulty
                  I was using a 1 TON AC before in my bedroom which was working fine but i changed it to 1.5 TON AC only that my pet ( Siberian Husky ) can stay peacefully this blazing summer. I have asked Khosla Electronics People to send atleast someone to install my older AC so i can let my pet sleep in AC and i have 4th floor apartment i flat is in top floor during day time it is extremly hot and since 09/06/18 my room is without AC and my pet has also started shedding hairs. i have asked them to send them day time but again they have sent their people at 9 pm it is so harnessing that when i called khosla electronics employee (Parta Roy ) who sold the product to share their manager number he said they cannot give these details to me.

                    I purchased samsung refrigerator (rt35bdts, 345 ltrs) from khosla electronics pvt ltd, b. t road branch, on saturday 06-nov-2010. though they promised me delivery on monday (08-nov), i recieved delivery only on wednesday (10-nov), but they sent a smaller model (rt32bdts, 315 ltrs) which is around 3000 inr cheaper than the price i paid for. the product info on the package was torn and the package seal was broken.

                    Please be aware when you buy from them, also do not make payment upfront. pay minimum upfornt and pay the remaining on delivery, after inspection.

                      Delivery of defective product and no service post delivery

                      I have purchased a electrolux microwave and refrigerator from Khosla Electronicsin garia on 19/7/2009 with full cash payment.
