Kingfisher Airlines — Theft from checked in baggage
I was travelling from Bangalore to Jaipur in a flight which was via Mumbai and the flight was of Kingfisher airlines - IT 0104 Class N. PNR no. DZUUGU boarding time - 8:35 morning on 22nd of march. When I reached jaipur and collected my baggage, my personal lock of baggage was missing and all the things inside baggage were in turmoil. Every thing in the baggage was checked by someone and my jewellery worth Rs.20000 was missing from my bag. Have called the airlines who told me to write a mail which was done but still no reply from their end. This is a clear cut theft in the check - in baggage which has happened and I want to inform the entire staff of my company to stop travelling with kingfisher airlines. This was not expected from this premium portrayed airlines. As I travel frequently now onwards will never ever travel by kingfisher. Dear sir,

Kingfisher Airlines — Bait and Switch - robbed me of £360
In July of 2009 I booked a London-Calcutta ticket, to return around the end of April 2010 – I paid £538. They told me I had a one-time free rebooking facility, so I would not have to pay a fee for rebooking. They did say I would have to pay the difference in fare. When I asked if fares increased much, they said no. I was led to believe these were differences in inflation – changes due to the price of petrol changing.However, now I have definite travel dates they are telling me I must pay an additional £360. That is a difference of 67%!!!
They use this double talk, claiming they have sold out of “N-class” fares – a term they never explained when I was buying the ticket. Now they claim to only have “K-class” fares. This is double-speak invented to confuse an unwary customer – there is no difference in the seat or the service. It’s just at a certain time they decide to charge their loyal customers another £360 just because they want to. And they give no warning about this kind of outrage whatsoever. There are seats on the plane, I have already paid for a return flight, and they refuse to change the dates of tickets without this invented “rate change.” But they tell me they have kindly allowed me to change with no penalty. They try to sell you a spoon of honey while stealing your wallet.
I have been robbed. I am a victim of “bait-and-switch.” The company told me I would pay minimal fees when I changed my ticket, and now they are trying to rob me of £360 – when I have long ago paid for the ticket! I
Never buy a ticket from Kingfisher Airlines – they will take your money, and then charge you another 67% overnight, for no reason whatsoever other than their “invented terms” which they secretly use to convince themselves they are not robbing you. You will then have to speak for hours (I spent 2 hours on three international calls talking to 6 people – and no one provided me any service.)
DO NOT TRUST KINGFISHER!!!!!

Kingfisher Airlines — Unable to board flight after issuance Boarding Pass
I had booked a flight from Chennai - Pune on 4 may 2010. The flight was scheduled at 4:30 pm. I was in the airport on time, checked-in my luiggage, got the boarding pass, completed my security check and was waiting to board. There wasnt any boarding announcement for Pune flight. When there was still no information on it, I reached out to one of the Kingfisher personnel at 4:34 pmand asked her about the Pune flight. Then she says, they were announcing (how come a person, wont recognise his/her name, i dont understand) and couldn't find me or reach me, when, all the while I was sitting at the waiting lounge.They simply dismissed saying that the flight has left and 105 passengers boarded and also MY LUGGAGE CA N BE COLLECTED AT THE COUNTER. "How did they get out my checked in luggage so quickly, by 4:34?". T
This was the first time, something like this has happened to me. I have never missed a flight so far and didnt know how to react. Very cleverly they took back my boarding pass, removed all the stickers from my luggage(cabin and checked in), and asked me to pay "No Show" charges.(When I was there all the while).
It looks like they have planned it out very neatly not to leave any trace of their mistakes and dismissed me off. I had to book another flight and travel. All I have is the eticket, which I took a print from their counter in the airport.
The personnel were so impolite and did not offer any compensation. I request severe action to be taken against Kingfisher airlines.

I may also state that I am a very big fan of the way you have been dealing with the customers, keeping in mind their small and important needs, making our flight experience the most comfortable all these years
However, i would still like to appraise you about the lapse on your part while I was travelling from Pune to Delhi on 17/05/1980 by IT 3151, a 6 20 flight along with my mother. (Ticket attached)
Here i would like to tell you that i reached the airport at 5 50 am and as soon as i reached the Kingfisher counters i was told that the boarding has already been stopped. I was really surprised as even though i reached 30 minutes prior i was still not being allowed to board the flight.
After approaching one of the senior guy, and narrating the same. He asked for the same to one of the craft crew. After these confrontations, i was told that me, my mother and another passenger will not be allowed to board the flight, as supposedly we were 3 minutes late. Your employee even wrote the same on my ticked print out. This could have been easily avoided had the staff been a little more proactive. In a country like ours, where nothing is in minutes, these 3 minutes costed me a lot. The behavior of the crew in particular was too rude.
In fact since I am a doctor, working in one of the leading Institutes of India, my presence was essential and required. However, In spite of my repeated persuasion and pleas i was not allowed to board the flight.
Instead i was given a 11 30 flight. To my astonishment, for no fault of mine again, the flight got delayed by almost 47 -50 minutes. This was such an irony. At one time because of the delay of 3 minutes i could not board the flight, on the other hand there was no accountability for the delay caused by the airlines itself.
Any ways, i am thoroughly disappointed with the handling of the situation as well as the agony and trauma i had to go through while sitting on the airport for no mistake of my own.
To top it all, it was my birthday as well. The staff sure did make my day...and my Birthday...
I am enclosing herewith all the relevant information.

Kingfisher Airlines — mr gaurav check in agent
I am a regular traveler from Kathmandu Delhi- Delhi Srinagar and return...On my way from Srinagar I traveled on a flight that was supposed to be 1 hr 35 mins...
It took them 5 hrs... I don’t blame them Delhi weather was bad and the plane needed refueling.
However Delhi to Kathmandu I was received by a total jerk at the airport check in counter to collect my boarding pass... a person with no personality... king fisher says good times... this person was in to giving me a hard time... he was a complete . I arrived at the desk my baggage was overweight first he said that I pay for 5 kilos then he changed his mind and said to pay for 10 kilos... I did not have any problem....
the part I had a problem with was he miss behaved with me Mr. Gaurav do u think being an employee u can do such things…. U should be making things easy for your passengers not difficult…
I hope like u spoilt my day…. U day goes as badly…
Kingfisher Airlines — Cash stolen
have a complaint against Kingfisher Airlines.I was traveling on Flight no IT 4634 from Srinagar to Delhi, on
Tuesday 29th of June.The flight was delayed by an hour in Srinagar
itself. As per the instructions from the security check in people at Srinagar we were instructed NOT to carry hand baggage on to the flight.
I kept my wallet and all my personal belongings, and just checked in
with the boarding pass and mobile phone.
On reaching Delhi, I found that the seal of the bag is broken, the wallet was stolen, entire cash was stolen.
I have made a complaint for this at the Delhi Airport and Kingfisher,but no response .
I hope someone hears me out!
Kingfisher Airlines — Water supplied in the airline
Dear Sir/Madam,I travelled in Kingfisher Airlines on 4th July 2010 at 5 PM from Goa to Bangalore. The airlines supplied drinking water and it was smelling alchoholic. I have kept the sample with me and also bottles too. In this regard I am complaining against Kingfisher airlines and expect to take the necessary actions at the earliest.

Dont go with this Kingfisher Airline they dont know when they canceled the Aircraft and Dont want to refund money to Passengr They also did n't Compolsation. This is Third class Aircraft Mr malya appoint only Bikni Girl not Customer satisfaction

Kingfisher Airlines — Delay in flight schedule for more than 5 hours
Dear Sir,Myself has booked ticket from Lucknow to Ahemdabad via Delhi with kingfisher airlines Flight no. IT3636 which has schedule departure at 7:15 from Lucknow on 24th June 2010. But it arrived at 12:30 and left Lucknow in by 12:55am which was more than 5 hours late then also nobody was there at lucknow airport to attend and give response to this delay. I reached Ahemdabad at 4:00am in morning.
Due to this I was physically and mentally got disturb due to lack of sleep and has to join office in morning.
As a result requested to give compensation for same due to above mentioned issue.

Sir,I travelles from Mumbai to Bangkok at 7th july-2010. & Return back at 12th july-2010. At 12th when i received luggage ..my lock was open & my some luggage is out of my beg. when i complained to officer... He said me that we r not responsible for that. This also be done with my friend who traveled with me. kindly consider & replied me.. we r awaiting for ur reply..

Kingfisher Airlines — theft in baggage
I had travelled by kingfisher airlines from kathmandu to new delhi on 31/07/2010 ,via flight no IT 066pnr no GUPAIG along with my family of 6 persons, in which one baggage of ours was given in a good condition with chains and lock to it, but when the luggage was claimed it was in pilfered state with chains broken and suitcase damaged with all the valuables missing in it ,we had also complained to the ground staff and taken a reciept of our complaints by handing and not claiming the luggage and leaving it back at the airport to the kingfisher staff it self all the valuables where recorded and statement was given to them,,,amount of cash of rs 35000,one brand new titan watch,2 shirts and trousers where also not there,
the complaint was taken by one abhishek with baggage description no. BU22WHK and claim check in no.
