Kingfisher — Refund against flight cancellation not received even after 4 months | |||
Respected sir, I would like to register a complaint against Kingfisher airlines. On 01/Oct/2012 I booked a kingfisher airlines flight from Bangalore to Port Blair(Andaman) via Chennai for 21/Nov/2012. But the flight got canceled. I was supposed to get my 100% refund within few weeks. But i have not received it even after 4.5 months. Booking Details : Ticket Number:[protected] PNR: IHFFUB Name: Sandipan Bepari Total Price: Rs. 8,797 I contacted customer support help lines multiple times. Every time they keep postponing the date for refund by making some excuses. Its been now about 4.5 months and still they have not refunded my money. Further none of their helpline numbers provided in their sites are functional. Herewith i have attached my supportive documents i.e. my online flight ticket copy. Kingfisher Airlines — CANCELLED TICKET COPY NOT RECEIVED
Dear Sir...We have cancelled Flight Ticket booked thru online for 26.04.09 journey...from BANGALORE to TRICHY...in the name of Dr S.
