[Resolved]  Kinley — No supply of Kinley Mineral Water for over 2 Weeks

Hi,

I have been purchasing Kinley Mineral water jars of 20 litres for the last 5 years. They have stopeed supply in Bangalore for two weeks now. I lodged a complaint # SRA[protected] at their call center, and they said they will revert 'VERY SOON'. Upon asking for a definite date, I was told they will revert by April 5th, but there is NO RESPONSE and no supply of water.

Water is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE, and I don't know how a company like Kinley can be so casual.

Same problem. I've been using Kinley Bottled Water for past 3 years in Bangalore & last time I tried ordering on 17th April 2009, at the call center no.[protected]/795, they said they have discontinued supplying the water. When asked who to call further for Kinley water, they asked me to call on 20thApril & since then both the numbers are no reply. I wonder how do I receive my deposit of the 2 bottles back (Rs1200)???

Its shocking to see such a casual behaviour by the company!!
The same problem i am also facing with kinley in Bangalore. since April i discontinued using kinley and i thought of returning back my bubbles (25lts - 3 No's ). But surprisingly, i found the south Indian beverages (Kinley distributors for Bangalore) storage was shifted/closed in banasawadi. When tried to contact the kinley call center[protected]/795), no reply for weeks. I wish to lodge a complaint on these people, for their ill-treatment to the customers. My deposit of Rs.1500/- is blocked with them.
We are facing the same problem since Feb 2009 and no resolution still. Coco Cola's drinking water brand Kinley has screwed up its market very very badly in Bangalore, by mis-handling and mis-informing the crisis and they have stopped supplies. Our office has 10 jars and we are suppose to get a refund of INR 10, 000/- (INR 500/- per jar). Every customer suffered without any supplies or intimation for months. Every time we call Coco Cola office ( Hindustan cococola Beverages Ltd., Bangalore) we are promised that in 2-3 hrs some one will definitely come and refund the amount, we have called and spoke to the manager for Kinley refunds at least 20 times and there is no sign of the refund but only promises everytime. Kinley had taken the customers for a ride, evading responsibilities, ill-treating and harassing the customers.

At this rate how can we trust cocola as a brand, a global giant and biggest MNC cannot so badly handle a crisis and take so long, this is not at all one of the worlds biggest MNC should act. Its a sheer shame and how can any one trust cococola as a brand any more. At this rate and with this attitude and behaviour pattern, it will not be a surprise if in the future with their management attitude and business commitment attitude, if cococola drives themselves into a very big disaster by harming/killing people with its products similar to a crisis like the - Bhopal gas tragedy or Enron or Auther Andersen or Chernobyl disaster...then it would be too late!!! think about it!!!??????.

We as a business house have totally lost trust and faith in cococola due to the length of time taken to manage a small issue, defficiency of service, mental harassement, refund frauds amounting to crime etc., hence we have taken a decision that cococola cannot be trusted with their products or services any more, therefore we have banned using any cococola products in any of my offices or group companies. Even when our customers visit our office and ask for coke we serve them Pepsi instead, saying we cannot guarantee coco-cola's services or products.

We have decided not to associate or risk our lives with such a careless, irresponsible, unaccountable and dastardly global brand.

am zac studiin in vinayaka mission kirupannada variyar engg coll salem Tamilnadu, our college canteen is supplying duplicate water bottles and cooldrinks such as coke, thumsup, fanta, limca, maaza, sprite, kinely, so please take neccessary action abt this and save everyone aslo ur company toooo

from the past 15 there is no water supply from this distributor inspite of me making repeated calls so please look into this issue solve the problem
