Dear Sir, I have a Kotak life Insurance policy having policy No[protected]. I have paid Rs.10110.00 on dated 26.03.2013 as premium through HDFC net banking. SIR/MADAMMY ICICI PRUDENTIAL POLICY NO. 11500502 ALREADY PAID DATE 09.03.2010 THROUGH UNION BANK INTERNET BANKING SYSTEM, BUT RECEIPT NOT RECEIVED. PLEASE SEND RECEIPT MY MAIL ID FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSE. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT & NEEDFULL.
