[Resolved]  Kotak Life Insurance — premium paid but receipt not received

Dear Sir,
I have a Kotak life Insurance policy having policy No[protected]. I have paid Rs.10110.00 on dated 26.03.2013 as premium through HDFC net banking. Till yet I have not received the premium receipt by any way. Kindly sent the receipt through post/courier/email to me.

is not woking, dial tone is there but after dialing the number it once ring and get silent.incoming is there but problem in out going.
