I have ordered for a samsung laptop 2 weeks ago.
But i have not received the product till now.
The customer care is also not reachable.

I ordered an O'general Window AC (Order # 130520 )from Letsbuy.com for Rs 23490 + 1000(coupon) on 18.05.2011. Payment was done from my IDBI debit card. Within minutes the money Rs 23490 was deducted from my account as i got the msg on my mobile from the bank.

After ordering i called the customer care & they told me the order is confirmed and i wouldd get the Product in 7-9 working days as mentioned on the web page. Then after a week i called them again and told me i would get it in 9-11 working days as mentioned in the site (this was apparently changed and all the OG Ac's Status were changed to "Sold Out")and i will get a call in 1-2 days about the shipment.

On 7-6-2011 almost 3 weeks after i got a msg saying "On your request the order has been cancelled" ( i didnt at any time told them to cancel my order). I called the CC and they did not knew anything about it, the opertaor tranfereed me to the floor manager. The manger said that my order was cancelled on 18.05.1991 itself and when I told him that i got the msg today & in btw I called the CC. He told me that It was cancelled because the money was not recieved to them in a week (it was instantly debited from my Account) He kept telling me lame stories and other lies. If the money didnt reach to them in a week why did they cancelled the Order after 3 WEEKS? when i asked him when will i get the money back he told me that its already credited in my account. Next day i checked my Bank and money was not refunded. I called the CC again and she said it would take 5-7 Working days

Letsbuy team is a total fraud. They are keeping my money for almost a month now. They have kept me waiting for the AC in peak summers. Now i want a total refund immediately including the compensation for the coupon and the time i wasted.

i had ordered a hcl monitor through Letsbuy.com Vide ORDER NO> 161239 on 06/06/2011. there is no trace of the monitor even after 3 weeks.

every time i call up i get some lame excuse from some lame customer agent and he/she makes a false commitment which is never never fulfilled. not even once i have been updated about the status of my product.

i have given up on even calling these people as the only thing is get is that i am put on hold for 15-20 min and then given some lame excuse and a false commitment.
this has happened not even once but 6 times.

this is the worst worst kind of customer service that i have ever seen in my life...
worst customer care...

they did not provide me the correct status some executive said compliant is forwarded to dispatch team, some says tommorrow you will get the product , some says we have not receive physically your model from manufacturing company, Kindly advice?

I have placed an order no 183582 with LETSBUY.com on 22/06/2011 for pendrives they sent an sms with a fraudulent blue dart despatch no [protected] which never showed any information till date on bluedart website Inspite of nummerous calls to them and emails no response and every time you call they say stay on line let me check and even after long time you hear them say no update we will call you back and never even in your dreams they call you back..

It has been a worst experience . Human error can always happen but the company which are able to rectify those error and make the customers feel that their grievance has been responded and rectified properly only shall survive.

I am a regular buyer from letsbuy. But this time their shipping times line have gone all haywire. My order # 1036219. I have ordered a uncharted 1 and 2 double platinum pack. They were supposed to deliver the same in 4-7 days. However now it has already been 12 days. Every time I call them they ask for 48 hrs extension. This time I reprimanded them for their delay tactics and asked them if actually they had the product in stock. I was informed the shippment had been delayed due to unforseen circumstances. I am considering asking for a refund. The only problem is their tat for product cancellation/Refund is 7-21 days. That is simply insane. Even ebay does it faster. Letsbuy u guys need to buck up!
