had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

Thanks For this Sharp Response.The Technical Attender Has arrived to check it out.But Again saying that the problem is not with the Brand LG but with the store who delivered the product which was being displayed for a long at their showroom causing the small scratches and enough dusts between rubber cascades
of door.
Pls be with it.
When a cosumer/customer payinh for a new product it's his right to get a fresh sealed product.and when i look at my fridge it makes me feel that i got an used unfresh product.

I HAD PURCHASED A LED TV-32 INCH IN 28-OCT-2010, ONE OF ITS PART (TUNER CARD)IS GETTING FAULTY AGAIN AND AGAIN. THEY REPLACE THE SAME 4 TIMES,THEY TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO REPLACE IT, EACH TIME. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT MY REFRIGERATOR'S DOOR THAT IS NOT GETTING CLOSED PROPERLY TO THE COMPANY SINCE THE LAST ONE AND HALF MONTH BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW IN THIS REGARD. LG Electronics — LG Microwave oven gets defective in 1st month; 22 days & team LG yet to respond.

Had purchased an LG convection microwave oven which stopped working within first month of purchase. First registered the complaint with LG customer team on 01.12.2011. Rather than owing the moral responsibility for the failure of their product, they seem least interested to even revert with a simple apology. Resolution to the complaint does not even seem to be on their agenda.

Have written several times to them but the mail remains unanswered each time. It has been more than 20 days that I've not been able to use the oven.

Imagine having an oven in your kitchen & not being able to use it & if you make-up your mind to complain about it, there is no one to even listen to it. Was such enthusiastic to purchase the LG product but have now learnt a lesson for lifetime that a Korean company would remain Korean for life, no matter even if it employs Indian people; It is least concerned about Indian people & their emotions. What do you do; just pull up your hairs & vow never to buy Korean product ever again.

Did I spend a cool 13000 bucks to cry a month later. This is nothing more than throwing a bundle of notes out of my window & some Korean standing outside would catch the bundle & run away. Absolute shameless.

If someone has some solution, do suggest as the question here is not just about 13000 bucks but also about ethics. Business ethics. These companies are here in our country to do business & now have started exploiting us only. Should the govt not do something to keep a check on the unethical business practices by these non-Indian companies.

My name is SUHAIL KHAN and i bought a 21 inc TV of LG electronic India pvt ltd since 3.01.2011 from Hazrat's Vision in Delhi and my bill no 33374 and the model no of TV is 21fg2rb-aj .When i bought this TV company gave me 1 year service warranty after this my TV is out of order on 29.11.2011 when i complain to the company the company send engineer name SHAFQUE to check what the problem in this TV and the engineer told me that my TV picture tube is out of order and the engineer told me that it will changed with in 4 working days without any cost but after 17 days when i call to company to service my TV and change my TV picture tube they always disconnect my call when my TV is in warranty period why the company not give me service and whey the company not change my TV picture tube my complain no my complain no is RNA[protected]

my TV is in warranty period change my TV picture tube and one thing when your customer care not attend and not taken complain why your company open these types of service your customer care executives have no sense how to talk to costumer do fast and change my TV picture tube

We had purchased an air conditioner from LG. But it has not been working properly. But even after many complaints to LG customer care service, many number of times but they have not responded to us properly.. The service people had come home to check it, but have not given a solution. They just tell that we will be responding in two days and we have not seen of them later. Hi,

My Name is Satish Babu and I reside in Chennai in Valasaravakkam. We had bought an LG Window AC and it is still under warranty. There is a sound coming from my AC and a technician confirmed that it is because of a broken fan. For the past 1.5 months I have been trying to get someone to fix it but has never been able to do so.

I called the customer care and raised a lot of complaints, but they have closed it even without informing me because the fan stock is not available.
They gave me a customer care number[protected]. I have to admit that this is one of the WORST customer care centres I have ever experienced.
* No one picks up the phone
* Whoever picks up has no clue about anything that is happening
* I fought with them and finally made them pick up my AC
* Now the AC has been taken and it is about 2 weeks and it is still not returned.
* Nobody calls me to give an update and when I finally managed to reach them, all I hear is, there is no stock so we are waiting.
* I told them to put my AC back and then take it when the stock has come. But till date no one has come and put it back

I now feel like a STUPID buying an LG AC and running around to get customer service that too for a product that is in warranty. WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER BY AN LG PRODUCT AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
I am totally disgusted & pained to see your poor service.
I purchased a Split AC 1.5 ton from Khosla Electronics, Hazra - S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata -700026. It's now almost 5 months, the problem
of defective installation from day 1 is still carrying on.
My last complaint RNA i[protected] is still un-attended.
Nobody at the Service Centre is able to give a proper reply.
I wonder what will happen ultimately to my registered complaints ?????
