[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Customer Service & Service Center

had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

Nobody came to see the product, again & again the fan was briken due to unknown fault, & no senior engginer came to see the fault .how many time we will pay for the same fault occured .This is very irresponsible.Again i will not go for LG & suggesting all my knowns not to opt LG.
I bought a LG Sac 1.5t 5 star Lsa5mp5s AC from Reliance Digital, Rajarkat Kolkata store. The purchase date is 08-May-2011. I got the product delivered at my home on 09-May-2011. But till now (13-May-2011) the AC installation is pending. Before purchasing the product I mentioned them that I have my flat in second floor. The sales person confirmed me that if the installation person required temporary stair to install the outbox then I have to pay the extra charge for that which is not comes under installation. I agreed and I purchased the product on the condition that installation related all responsibilities will be on them what I have to do is bear the extra charge. But for the last 5 days they are continuously harassing me saying that I have to arrange the temporary staircase by myself they won't do anything. When I mentioned them that it was their responsibility they called my number and charged that I have to pay 5000/- extra money just for the temporary staircase which is beyond my imagination. Where as I confirmed from my neighbors that for their AC installation they did not arrange anything by their own and no where any temporary staircases were required. It is very easy to climb and install. I need your involvement to solve this issue otherwise I want to return the product to reliance digital cause I can't exhaust myself by asking them what they are suppose to do.
I already paid the installation charge as well as addition product warranty / servicing for the 2nd year.

Would be highly appreciated if you could help me out from this dead end.

LG Electronics — Repair under warranty

I've purchased LG split AC a month back. Within a week of purchase I was facing the problems with the louvers. I raised a complaint around 3 weeks back and service representative did visit and told me that the motor got to be replaced. It's been 2 weeks now and I did not get my AC repaired after repeated followups and calls to the customer care and even with service provider.
My complaint ID RNA[protected] for cleaning service only but one untrained person attended the complaint and made the AC disorder. Now I want its damage charges from LG.

Dear Sir,
We are LG Customer, we have purchased LG Mobile (Model: LG GD-510 Purple, RSN No.:[protected], S/N: 0071PEL029796) as on 11.09.2010 from [censored]al Communication, Vapi. This mobile is not working priority from 15.05.2011 & submitted to your respective service centre (Kare Center, Vapi) as on 18.05.2011. This problem is create the second time same problem. First time problem start from dated 17.10.2010 & solution after 15 days @ Servicing Centre. I am not able to any work. I feel havebeen absloutely cheated and my Rs. 5800 have gone a waste.
We had already communication with your respective vapi service centre, But till now not complete your process (i.e. your service are not fulfilled) & not any satisfactory reply or action taken in this regards.

In event of not given any solution within 03 days on your information we will have no other option but forced to go to consumer court with Police authorities and take legal / Civil action against your company.
So, kindly look in to the matter and take immediately appropriate judgment is highly appreciated.

Handset is not working properly down key is not working of my handset, within one year these type of problem l am facing uptil now warranty period is not over of my handset,headphone is not working. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I had purchased LG 29" flat screen TV and its out of warranty now and last week due to voltage flactuation my TV got switched off and then and ther ei had contacted on of the LG service centre near basaveshwar nagar. had visited the site told there is an IC problem with the TV so need to change it and i agreed but they days are passing its already been a week & i am keep on following the issue and service centre person says part has not been recieved from the company.

LG Electronics — Invalid Information given to customers- Bullshit Cheating

I recently purchased a LG Split AC model LSA5MP5AS model 5 star. It is mentioned that there is a quiet mode option available in this model in their website, also the sales person conveyed the same. But i came to know the truth when the Quiet mode button did not work in my remote and the Customer service executive confirmed there is not Quiet mode option available in this model.

This is cheating. Why the hell is LG cheating customers..
I m an un satisfied customer of Lg 19" TFT, , I have registered a complain regarding the same ..bcoz its not getting switched on

.. i got commitment for visit with in 24 hrs..
But
Date of visit : 5th june
He just see the TFT n told that one part is to be replaced..
and told that he will come along with the part with in 24 hrs..
but after that no any revert from there side.. neither any service i m getting from ur end..
i hav talked to cust care agents apprx 20 times.. always the same reason is there " Part is pending " Nothing else..
and cust care agents told me that they are not engg they dont know abt any thing.. then why u r hiring such stupid agents.. day before yesterday, , i told him that i vl complain against u that he was talking to me very rudely..
U know what he told me that if i want to complain then complain against lg.. not against me..
I want to ask " Is this the way to co-ordinate with customers "
Regarding the same issue i also talked to Mr Heiran, regional incharge.. some numbers are also given to me of seniors.. but when i rang on that number.. they just pick the call and put it on hold or disconnect it.
What dis ?? I just got fed up of all that..

I AGREE TOTALLY. WE ALSO HAVE A LG REFRIGERATOR WHICH IS UNDER AMC BUT SERVICES ARE ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS.WE HAVE A NONFUNCTIONING REFRIGERATOR FOR LAST 3 DAYS AND NO ONE IS ATTENDING. IT IS THE SAME STORY AND MORAL IS DONOT BUY LG EVER.

LG Electronics — Fridge not working properly, 4th time failure

Bought the Fridge Double Door " Model No. GL338VSX5" of LG Electronice from Surendera Audio Video Center, Burial on 31 Oct'10, Bill No 8667. In 8 Months Fridge has failed 4th Time for the same problem. Door Switch is not working.. First it was repaired then 2nd time it was changed and third time again it was repaired now again same problem is there.

LG Electronics — Parts pending complaints for 10 days

We have make several complaints for LG LCD TV (model 47LD650 Sr. No. 0062 PCD 000259) and have two complaints no. i.e. RNA[protected] dated 13/06/11 at 11:45 AM and RNA[protected] dated 20/06/11 at 11:30 AM. Against first complaint a service engineer named himanshu visit and hold complaint for part pending.
We had almost 60 telephonic conversion with LG"s customer care people's (himansu,rajesh,rashmi,anil,pankaj,kamil) along with spana bhatt Branch CCO ( ph. no. [protected]) And sudhanker HR manager (ph. no. [protected]) but all these are unable to tell us availability date of part, which is not available in the Delhi region for the last 10 days.
On 23/06/11 at 10:30 AM of LG's call center’s girl named priyanka disconnect her phone after our enquiry of that part which is not available.

LG Electronics — No demo support on the product from the LG dealer

I bought microwave from Pravin FurnitureElectronics & Home Appliance, DTH Satellite TV, Videocon d2hKharadi,PMC. After buying the product the person from the company needs to come for demo.
But it has been 2 weeks and no body even called me for the same.I have called 3-4 times every time they missguided.Kindly look into it.

Exactly the same thing happened with me. I purchased a 42"plasma 3D TV on 16.6.2011. After repeated request to install the TV no representative came to do so.Till now the TV left uninstalled. I'm fed up with LG's service.
