Hi! My Request Ids are N8C[protected]th August, 2008 N8C[protected]rd August, 2008 N8C[protected]rd August, 2008 N8C[protected]th August, 2008 N8CA[protected]th October, 2008 As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it. Kindly look into the matter. dear sir i purchased an LG 17 inch LCD from chandigarh from the day one it had a white spot i asked with the vendor but he told me that u have to go to lg service center, i am staying out and it is difficult for my fife to deal with it kindly suggest what could be done if the lsd needs to be replaced kindly manage it in a single day for our convienience

And I Have Complaint Three Times In LG Customer Care
Because There Is a Water Lickege In The Machine FRom Top Of The Fridger.
And Two Engineer Has Examine The Machine And They
Are Not able To Rectify The Problem So The Problem Remains
As It Is.I Have Compliant Three Times And The Compliant IDS Are

i hav purcahsed a projection tv 1.5 yrs bck. n its having similar complaint since i purchased it.n we i give it to repair they are taking months to get it delivered. now two months back i have given it to service.i did not get it back george joseph (00 [protected]).plz do something about it soon
It is quite normal with them. You will have to follow-up 50 times before your work is done. Or you can just give up - they will not listen to you unless you make 50 calls to them.

sir my name is vashav durgadas datta resident at plot no. 236, sector 8A, Subhash Nagar, Gandhidham, (Kachchh) Gujarat.India.
I purchase 325 Ltr LG Refrizator on 17.08.2009 from SHIV SHAKTI AGENCY, GANDHIDHAM. with cash payment. after installation and 24 hours i feel that cooling system is not proper then i complaint to our seller m/s shiv shakti agency mr Naresh mobile No. [protected] on 23.08.2009 he reply within 12 hours your problem solve.
after that 12pm recd complaint No.W9C82401937 and serveral reminder your enginner come and checked he clarifiy that your space is not sufficient for getting proper cooling system accordingly freeze was reinstalled on other open place.
your engineer Mr. siddarth mobile No.[protected] reply that within 24 hours you get good result. but till today i think that why i am purchase LG PRODUCTS. i[censored] receive this mail please replace.

I have purchased an lcd TV # 908LPBL005261 was delivered to me on 01st sept 2009.But till date no techniction has turned out to install the same.The technictions always said we are comming today keeps waiting taking day off from work but never turned up.
LG brand may be good as i see to it .But the service that they localy provided is too bad .
