As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it.

Kindly look into the matter.
Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move to some senior officials reagarding the same.

MY WINDOWS MOBILE LG VS750 IS D, nt REPIRED by oll near shops please help me.
1 have registered a complaint already for the micro wave oven not working. complaint no is RNA[protected] but not action is taken from last 1 week.

this is not expected from such a big and reputated company. there is no customer satisfaction maintained at all.

I registered a complain for my microwave first time on 19/03/2013 (RNA[protected], second time on 21.03.22013(RNA[protected] and third time on 28.03.2013(RNA[protected] and at last they send one service engineer from Asansol. The engineer visited twice to my house but could not resolve the problem and finally he took the microwave to the service center saying problem will be solved there within few days but after taking the microwave to the service center he did not responded for many days I rang on lg complain center. Your complain center gave me a number for service center which is [protected]. when ever I was calling at this number they told me that right now spare is not available as soon as spare will be available we will repair and return the microwave. Meanwhile I was constantly in touch with your toll free number [protected] and they also told me that your microwave is under repair. Last month in may, service center told me that spare part was not available in kolkatta and hence spare parts will be brought from delhi and by next week it will be repaired. After one week when I rang in there landline no body was responding and there fore I decided to visit the service center. I received service center address from your toll free number and then on 18.06.2013 I personally visited the service center. In service center Mr Aditya tarfadar, on more gents and one lady was sitting in the service center. They told me that we have not received your micro oven here. I am surprised . I told them that I have given my quater address and mobile number to lg customer care only and in turn they have forwarded it to you. from this service center only service engineer has collected my mobile number and quarters address. You must have made some job card before sending the service engineer to my house. Please show me the documents but they are not able to show any documents. After this I rang back to your customer center.one person named abhishek gave me one mobile number of Mr Suchindra goswami [protected]. I have rang in his mobile at least 20 times. Phone is ringing but he never responds.

I am puzzled how to get back my micro oven back. Whether LG will help in tracing my micro oven or I have to take some other route

Dear sir, I purchased an lg oven in march 2011. I had to spend Rs.1500 in 2012 . Now I am in need of service My id is RNA[protected]. I am told that I have to spend another Rs.1500 in 2013.This is not all fare.This is nothing but an induction stove / ;a throw away product.Ur other products such as monitor works well.Even if you offer me a free service I hate your Oven.Such a trap .
I am Prakash ranjan patra I have a LG microwave model no MS 2349EB It is not working since 5th aug 2013 As it is under warrenty period i call to the service person he visit to me and told me that they repair it within 5 days . We inform you very regretly that a Double Door Fridge, which, having been gone out of order, and problem reported to M/s Satluj Enterprises, Sector: 35, Chandigarh almost one month back, is still standing un-attended. While contacting, the dealer is just pretending that particular part is not received, or received not that particular part and so on.

We are approaching you with our problems with the request to kindly resolve it at the earliest or otherwise we shall feel ourselves compelled to knock the door of Hon’ble Consumer Court entirely on your risk, cost and responsibility.

I AM THE OWNER OF AN LG 29 CTV, MODEL 29FE5RGE WHICH WENT OUT OF ORDER ALL ON A SUDDEN, ALMOST A MONTH AGO. THE INSTRUMENT WAS EARLIER SERVICED BY YOUR PEOPLE AGAINST JOB. NO.[protected], TAKING A SUM OF RS. 506/- FROM ME BY WAY OF SERVICE CHARGE ON 14/10/2013, AGAINST BILL NO. 9112/TCR: NCOC/B/1112.
AS SOON AS I FOUND THAT THE TV WENT OUT OF ORDER, I CONTACTED YOUR CR PEOPLE ON[protected] AND REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT. MY E MAIL COMPLAINT BOUNCED AS IT SAID THE E MAIL ID [protected]@LGE.COM WAS NONEXISTENT. THE COMMUNICATION SENT IN TUNE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN ALSO DID NOT FETCH ANY RESULT. IT WAS INDEED GREAT THAT ONE MR. SHYJU FROM PATHADIPPALAM, ERNAKULAM CAME TO MY HOUSE LATE IN THE EVENING AND CHECKED THE INSTRUMENT. THEN HE SAID THE CIRCUIT BOARD HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE WORKSHOP FOR FURTHER EXAMINATION AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS IF REQUIRED.
I PERMITTED. HE REMOVED THE CIRCUIT BOARD AND LEFT. (NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WAS GIVEN. MAY BE THAT IS THE PRACTICE IN YOUR COMPANY.)
IT WAS TAKEN ON 29TH OF OCTOBER.
AS THERE WAS NO FURTHER CALLS OR INTIMATION EVEN AFTER SEVERAL DAYS, I CALLED SHYJU, AND HE GAVE ME A NUMBER, TO CALL SOMEONE IN THE WORKSHOP.
I CALLED. IT WAS AJI WHO REPLIED. HE SAID SPARES ARE NOT YET RECEIVED, AND WOULD KEEP THE TV REPAIRED FOR DELIVERY BY SATURDAY, IE. 15TH NOVEMBER. HOWEVER, IT DID NOT HAPPEN.
ON 10TH NOVEMBER, I HAD TRIED TO RECORD MY CONCERN THROUGH THE TOLL FREE NUMBER. MR. RAJU ATTENDED. HE SAID THE COMPLAINT IS STILL RECORDED AS PENDING AND THAT MY CURRENT ENQUIRY WAS BEING FORWARDED TO HIGHER UPS, WHO WOULD CALL ME SOON. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED.
YESTERDAY I PUT UP THE SECOND RECORDED COMPLAINT. TODAY THERE WAS A CALL FROM MR. VISHNU OF YOUR PATHADIPPALAM OFFICE.
AFTER COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM ME OVER PHONE, AND SUBSEQUENT ENQUIRY IN THEIR WORKSHOP, HE CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THE TV I HAD WAS NOW OUT OF PRODUCTION AND NO SPARES ARE AVAILABLE, AND THE CIRCUIT BOARD CAN BE RETURNED WITHOUT EFFECTING ANY REPAIR. HE SAID THERE WAS NO WAY OF MAKING MY TV LIVE.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN????
YOUR INEFFICIENCY?
OR THE COMPANY’S INEFFICIENCY?
OR YOUR COMPANY’S WELL THOUGHT OUT DECISION TO BE ‘CHEATS’ AS YOU HAVE VIRTUALLY DEPRIVED ME OF THE OPPORTUNITY TO WATCH A TV BY SEDUCING ME TO BUY YOUR 29 FE5RGE, KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT THIS TV WILL NOT HAVE A LIFE OF EVEN TEN YEARS. (WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SCOPE FOR TREATMENT WHEN SICK???)
DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE PLAYED SMART TO CHEAT YOUR BUYERS??
I FEEL IT IS YOUR DUTY BOUND COMMITMENT TO COMPENSATE BUYERS LIKE ME WITH A RESPECTABLE CTV OF YOUR STANDARD BY WAY OF REPLACEMENT FOR THE USELESS, DISCARDED VERSION OF THE 29 CTV, WHICH YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SERVICE AND REPAIR.
YOUR STAFF AT THE LOCAL CENTRE HAVE ADMITTED FAILURE AND HELPLESSNESS.
MY ROOM SPACE IS ENCROACHED BY THE DEAD ENTITY OF YOUR CONTRIBUTION.
CAN YOU MAKE IT LIVE?? OR REPLACE IT WITH A LIVE ONE???

Our LG Washing machine is not working for three weeks. Filed a complaint on 05th Dec (its under warranty) still not fixed. An engineer coming and saying will come back with spare. We did not understand what actually happen. We spoke with the supervisors and the area Manager. But no use. Could you help us please..
