As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it.

Kindly look into the matter.
Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move to some senior officials reagarding the same.

I have purchased a microwave oven some 2 years back from Chennai and I am currently in Pune(Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area to be precise) - PIN code 411019. Only two switches of the same are working currently and I would like to get it repaired so that it works properly to which I am not aware of the place at which the service centre of LG is located or their contact telephone nos. or e-mail IDs. I think your personnel are visiting the place at which it is available for the assessment of the repairs required and for undertaking the jobs. please do the needful and inform me at your earliest.

we took a microvave but it's not working and I logged a complaint on november 2008 to LG customer service Center and the service engineer had visited my house to rectify the issue, after his visit he told me some part is not working and we have to replace it, after that I am not able to get a proper feed back / responds from the service center. LG Microwave MC-7148MS — Received full payment failed on delivery

Ezone Koramangala, Bangalore took full payment on 17th jan vide receipt # [protected] and promised delivery before 27th Jan 2010. It not only failed but repeatedly lied that it will deliver in 1or 2 days. Later they informed that LG company has failed to deliver and hence don't have a date of delivery. After several frantic calls and desperate begging, I have received an email on 8th feb saying that they will process the refund. Do Ezone walk scot free having used my money for more than 20 days and having put me through lot of hardship and mental tension. What is the recourse to me on the interest lost. mental hardship and opportunity cost.

Dear sir,
I had bought an AC 1.5 ton on[protected] from Sahu Agencies, Hazratganj, Lucknow. This so unfortunate to say that in spite of three complaints registered through phone LG customer care people are not responding and people from Sahu agencies have become so busy in only selling items that they have forgotten a word servicing and do not pick phones.
Sir my AC has not been serviced even at once. Kindly make an arrangement early.

Dear sir,
i have purchased a refrigetor on 10.02.2009.it is not working since 28.01.10, I Reported for its complain to dealer on 30.01.10.A tecnition came and tell me that loss of gas .i said for repair to it .he repaired it on 11.02.10and take 650/-rs from me .it has not working when i cheked on next day.i complain again directly to he on his mobile no .the tecnician's name was mr.Pradeep.he tell me that he will come next day.but till 22.02.10 he is not came than i give a compain on internet on your site .my compailn no was c[protected].After that mr.Pradeep came on 25.02.10.but he told that filter is not working and tell me he will come next day but he come on 03.03.10 and tell compresser is failed and again say to come next day.but on 05.03.10 i telephoned him then he say i have leaved this services for LG. We buy a 1.5 ton split air conditioner from Gupta trading co. stated in i-10, Gf, rdc, rajnagar with model number LSA 5NW2VF1 on 19 APRIL 2009 with invoice number 000202, and its very sad to say that since we buy that airconditioner we are tentativenly geting the same problems time and again and still now Lg services center is unable to rectify to our satifactroy each time a executive come to sort out the problem the next day its the same gas leakage problem again atleast 12 times, and we are again facing the problem again gas leakage, i urge you sir to get this aircon replaced ASAP, so that we have faith in LG company. here are the sataed complain number with dates:--

LG Window AC — Unresolved Complaint

Complaint regarding LG Window AC. - ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE.

We registered first complaint on 11th April for free annual service that was promised to us while delivering ACs. After following up continously the site engineer came one week after the complaint was registered. After service he tells us one of the capacitor of AC is not working. It was very suprising as hardly we have used AC for 3 months and already the problem with the capacitor. Little relief we were as our AC is under warranty period. So, we again launched our complaint on 19th April where we clearly mentioned to provide service on 24th April before 11:00 AM or on 25th April Sunday anytime as we are working couple and our house remains closed during the week, Still they insist to come during the week and the excuse that they give us is Capacitor is out of stock. After all this drama we were promised that the capacitor would be changed on Saturday - May 1st and till now no one has again turned up.

My husband has been calling your customer centre since last 1 hr and no response. The rediculous part is his call was disconnected 25 times and no one in Customer center is ready to connect us either to Floor manager or some executive in LG. After pushing them they provided us the mobile numbers which doesn't exist or are switched off.

We would like to understand what type of service standard LG has...from all this it has only created a BIG NEGATIVE picture of LG wherein we cannot anymore trust you guys.

At last, pls tell us by when will our problem will get sorted out???? After warranty period where you guys can again fetch lot of money from us. Don't try to fool customers by claming that you are committed to service.
