As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it.

Kindly look into the matter.
Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move to some senior officials reagarding the same.

LG India — NON FUNCTIONING OF PRODUCT

i had purchased an LG AC from LG shoppe gurgaon on 18th april and made a online complaint on 20th apr for the poor installation of the AC than again laudged a complaint on 31st apr.engineer visited on 1 st may and did nothing except saying that i will convey to my service center for the complaint without filling any job card and when i contacted in customer care than i got socked as the executive told me i have denied to sign the report and since than i am making online complaints on their mail id [protected]@lgindia.com' but not able to get any response from LG for my complaint.My last service request no. is 2104100 which is still unresolved after a lot of followups via mail,customer care& their H.O. also.
Now i want to know how should i go further or what should i do to get it rectified.
In high temperatures these ACs donot work

LG India — New Mobile Phone Issue

I bought a new LG mobile on 19th April 2010. The mobile not even worked for 10 days and it is lying with service center for 2-3 weeks now. The spare parts is not available with them and there is no proper response from LG team. Inspite of so many follow up , there is no proper solution provided to the problem
i 've LG 1.5 ton split air conditioner at my residence. I complained regarding the noise nuisance from my AC .
Whenever the AC is switched on it will start producing noise and gets increased, i complained thr' customer care ON 08THE MAY 2010 my complaint no. is C[protected]. No one reverted back .
i again went thr' the process of complaining on 22 may 2010 the complaint no. is C[protected] - persons came and said the bush has got spoiled when they didi the service last time . During the prev. service the service engineers din't fix the filters properly and the outcome is the bush got spoiled. When i contacted teh service engineer he told he will speak in 20 mts. but no one turned up. i would like some senior level persons to look into this and resolve at the earliest.

LG India — ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND NON-WORKING AIR CONDITIONERS

Dear Sir,

I had bought 05 airconditioners, 1 big refrigerator and 1 microwave oven of LG INDIA in 2006 for my new house considering the fact that the company has a good brand value, robust products, reasonable price and decent service support.

But to my utter surprise all my impression of LG India got diluted by experiencing the qualtiy of products. Eversince i have bought these products one or the other problem has been arising without being properly solved, of even if solved it doesnt last for long. The quality of product is so poor that they have not been working properly eversince i have bought them. I even got the AMC done from them assuming that the problems will be solved permanently. AGain the even after the AMC done no respite has come for and my family, even though their engineers come regularly on each complaint but they are unable to solve the problems. In the scorching heat and high temperature summers of Delhi my family including my kids and wife are suffering to the maximum and are facing total agony, mental torchure and apathy.

following are the problems:

1. My 2 window airconditioners and 2 split airconditioners have always failed to perform even after lodging several compalints to LG india. they have taken the units to their service center several times but all in vain. Every time it comes back it is not working.

2. My double door big fridge with ice and water dispenser is also not working properly. Several times they have changed the compressor and filled the gas but it is still not performing well. Even the compressor was changed at the time i bought it. The internal body of the fridge has also cracked but respite from the company in this regard.

I hereby request your honour to get the pieces and machines changed completely so that i can get the respite from this scorching heat and i also save my hard earned money.

Myself Ravi Taunk, I had not received my window AC after repare since last 5 days, and today after discussion I came to know that LG company is not suppling spare parts to the service center. From last 4 days that service center person is telling me that today your AC will be delivered and after 4 days he is telling that it is not repared till date. I am very much dissappointed with this type of attude of the service center. And as I am seeing above that persons have problem since from 2008 so I thing my problem will not be solved that means no body is looking these complaints its just waistage of time to write these complaints.
I have made a complaint for repair of my refrigirator vide No.

The engineers visited each time but the complaint remains still unresolved. and my thir complain No.;[protected] is lodged today. I just wonder whether the engineers lack experience to rectify the mistake or there is an inherent defect with the LG product.

It is going to come from NOIDA Delhi. and it is going to take another weeks time .Than I contacted Pune LG Service Center on tel No.[protected] They are also equally giving me vague/ useless /baseless reply.
I feel I made mistake by purchasing L G Washing Machine . L G service is giving me very Bad Experience now, would you do some things about this please.
I Am Devinder Sharma from Faridabad Haryana India, i have purchase a 21" Colour TV on 16/07/2009, My Colour TV Suddenly stop working on 01/06/2010, i have already complaint many times on LG customer care, Only two times LG peoples come at my house and collected the TV kit and go for repaired it after four days the guy who take TV Mother board kit cames at my house and fix it and return back to LG without any testing, i have again complaint on LG customer care, then one another person comes to my house and repair TV and put on temporary working mode, but after this repair my TV is not working in well condition, i have observed so many things..
1. Picture quality is not good,
2. Colour Mis Match
3. On Off Switch not working
4. Volume is less
5. While we go mannual chanal change TV don't support.
6. Remote Range is less effective.

Gain i have complaint to LG customer care but there is no any kind of responce from LG.

I am very surprises abt LG services.

i have purchased a 235L fridge from ur company two months back.my fridge is not working .i have logged a complaint one week back.your engineer has visited my house and told me its compressor is damaged and it will be changed in the next day .its been 4 days no one has visited us .i called your customer care no. several times but no response is there from your side .inspite of calling many times no one is able to tell how much time it will take to solve my problem .my complaint no.is c[protected].i am suffering .take a suitable action other wise i have to take a legel action against u.

IN RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE, A TECHNICIAN NAMED JITU HAD CALLED TO ATTEND TO THE COMPLAINT. HE WAS SHOWN THE DEFECTIVE ITEM AND WAS ASKED TO REPLACE THE SAME, TO WHICH HE AGREED VERBALLY.

HOWEVER, SO FAR, THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN.

But since one month that washine machine is not properly working, I have booked complaints on their customer care tool free no. serveral time, but no body is getting attention to solve my problem . LG — New Washing Machine Not Working and no service from LG customer Care

My New washing machine stopped working and when put multiple requests to LG Customer to Check the ISSUE no one attended to rectify or to fix the problem instead they put on saying we will get back to you in 24 Hrs

I have buyed LG Cookies plusGS500V.I thin this is a hopless phone and can't take up Nokia.I was not even two day i m having a problem while playing the video where a horizontal line is formed on the screen while playing the video.I have check two, three handset of the same model but the problem exit there also.
I have complain agst my LG TV 21", Complain no. is [protected] dt.05.08.10. Since 6 days passed away this complain is not solve. Reg. the same I have cont. so many times with thier representive & service centre but so far not any solution.
