[Resolved]  LIC of India / Money Back Policy — LIC of India official web site is not working fine

This will be WORST site designed so far in Internet. ALL the info in the site are WRONG or not updated.
http://www.licindia.in/phone_helpline.htm -- has only WRONG numbers. Why they the hell they have a website if they are NOT updating it? LIC suckS ... Govt Org will NEVER EVER improve.

fewdays backI have registerd some policy nos in ur site. But till this day i could not view it. the massage is that "we will verify the records and inform u".How many days it will take?
I Think once i will be able to view the policy, then only online payment is possible

I have a lic policy no[protected] . After complition 10 year I received a cheque less than 20% of my policy and I complained about it to e-mail id crm.[protected]@licindia.com but not received yet any answer.
I also tryed on lic ivrs no: 1251 but not working properly.
WHAT A BAD SERVICE OF LIC AND ITS OFFICERS.

my last money back cheque is dued last november 2009 and yet i have not found any cheque.

My policy number[protected] ; and DOC is 28/11/1999.
as per my policy term, 5 years back i got an SURVIVAL BENEFIT cheque worth of Rs 6250/-
LIC of India, brach code 7251 send a intimation letter to me about my second SURVIVAL BENEFIT cheque effect on 28/11/2009.
but up to date, i will never get the above said cheque from the concerned brach of LIC, Nagercoil.
This regarding several time i approach concerned official, but not responsding.
During this days already i had submit two complaint letters headed to the concerned Branch Manager (brach code 7251) dated[protected] and[protected]. But he told, we send the above survival benefit cheque to your postal address.
But i never get the cheque on my hand.Recently the branch manager say to me, your cheque was enhanced by some persons. Really i was shocked, i reply asking with out my signature/ my knowledge how the third person received my cheque.
After that i approach several time, but almost 75 days completed, till date i never get the above cheque on my hand.
I think the LIC of India - branch code 7251- taking action was not satisfactory of dead slow. with out i get the above survival benefit cheque i was very much affected.

so i kindlly requested to you that, please take necessary actions for me to obtain my survival benefit cheque rupees.

I have payed the premium Rs.2560 for my policy number[protected] through "pay premium online" of LIC portal. Unfortunately the amount Rs.2560 has been detected twice from my ICICI saving account.how will get that extra amount Rs.2560? please give your suggestion...

I HAVE PURCHASED A BIMA GOLD POLICY ON 28.02.2006 VIDE POLICY NO.[protected] AT ROHTAK (HARYANA).
