Hi customer, I am a customer of lifecell and they have changed he term and condition from life time plan to 21 year plan. I will request all of you to kindly check if you are also victim to this situation. I am trying hard to get my case resolved but till not it is unsuccessfull . I may be proceeding to next level and follow the case.

i am chandrima sinha, one of your customer newly enrolled to lifecell. my enrollment id is - 170978 and CRM is[protected]. On 31st jan 2017 a mail came to me name: " welcome to the LifeCell family: Order confirmation... there i was informed that you acknowledge the receipt of INR 18239 as payment towards umbilical cord stem cell preservation. there i was also told that sample collection charges Rs. 5500 for Bhagirathi Neoti woman and child care center (hospital) under the delivary doctor Dr. Kasturi Bhoumik. and the babyshield 111 conditions are complimentary... but on 10th jan 2017 i received another mail where i was informed that you acknowledge the receipt of INR 21239 as payment towards umbilical cord stem cell preservation. there i was also told that the babyshield 111 conditions are charged Rs. 3000 ...
i talked with the person (Ritoban Ganguly) who assist me in this case but not get any satisfactory answer from him.. before signing the paper ( at the time of demonstration) he told me that the babyshield is complimentary..i told him if it is not complimentary then i dont want it..but he replied very confidently that "No mam, its absolutely complimentary, there will be no charge applicable for it".. Now i am totally confused.. bajaj will deduct the amount of rs 20490 as EMI for 6 month.. after receiving the mail, he failed to convinced me the situation and give me a number of Mr. Arijit Paul.. he told me that baby shield will be charged.. but he will try to reduce the amount if i am not willing to talk the babyshield with rs 3000...
First of all my question is if it was complimentary the why the charges applied now? then how i will have the trust in you and your policy? i was told that babyshield was complimentary, then make it complimentary...
one your representative guided me in a way after signing the agreement i found a totally opposite story..i demand to talk one of your head who can understand the situation. but that call never arranged for me till now..
this whole process of conversation and inefficient work of your employees very much harassed me right now..as an effect, my health condition is rapidly deteriorating and i am getting tensed day by day and lost faith in you.. i wish i would not have enrolled with you... kindly give me a solution as soon as possible.. and i request you that after clearing this complain kindly deduct that bajaj EMI...
I sent this mail on11th feb.token generated on 14th feb.but till now idnt get any feedback.. i am totally unsatisfied with your service.i request you not to deduct the EMI but today i was told that the EMI will be deducted on 3rd march17...i think registering with you i made a huge mistake... very bad service... and harrased people...
