My name is Ganesh Bhole, I have ordered 32'' LCD TV of SAMSUNG company through your executive Mr. Dhiraj ([protected]) on 24 june 2010 and paid Rs 17699/- through HDFC Bank credit card. My Booking ID is[protected]. Product code is B-450. He promised me that i will receive my product within 5 (five) Days. But till date i have not received my ordered product. I request you to see the matter on top priority & arrange to Send my product. My Adress is-

Living media India — non receipt of material

I have paid over phone Rs. 2598 through credit card for Two pair of rebook shoes + to and fro air tkt + DVD sets. It was on 31st Jan 2008. Till today I have not received material. When I call customer care, as per them they do nto have my record. My Order no is ORA[protected] and Booking ID is[protected].

living media india ltd — NON DELIVERY OF GOODS SINCE MARCH, 2009

From the last one month I was trying to find out the status of Shoe, which I returned back because of the wrong size, through Blazeflash Couriers Limited dated 31st March, 2009. To know the parcel status I call your call centre number of times (Reference No.73033 & 76187) they told me that they have not received the parcel. When I enquired from Blazeflash people, they told that they have tried to deliver the parcel no. of times, but India today people don’t accept due to the March closing at their end.

Finally the parcel was received by Ms. Anju ([protected]) on 20th April, 2009.

Their after I again call your call centre ( Reference No.79942/ Mr.Sumit), he told me that they have received the parcel and the shoe with right size no.9 will be delivered within 8 days.

On 3rd May, 2009, when I try to find out the status of my shoes (Reference No. 90031 / Mr Lalit), they told me that they have not received the shoe till date. This was really a shock for me.
When I gave the reference no. of Mr.Sumit and told him that Mr.Sumit had already confirm that they have received the parcel and to be delivered within 8 days. Mr. Lalit (Reference No.90031) ask me to hold, I hold the line almost 15 minutes and their after he told me that they have received the parcel but their system is not updated with this latest information. We will try to update this and deliver to you within 10-15 days.

Sir, we had placed the order and make the payment in advance, just because, that this offer comes from India Today Group, run by Mr. Prabhu Chawla, known by their clean and professional image in the country.

Is this the way you people are treating your customer.

Your staff sitting at Neb Sarai office/ and call centre people they don’t have any sort of coordination; they are just making fool to the customer.

Hope you will look into this matter and streamline the process at Neb Sarai, so that they should not mentally harass the people.

If you people are not willing to return the shoe, you can straight away tell the customer, instead of making fool to the customer.

the company had promised free air ticket with purchase of their book.
The website address they gave is not avilable/perhaps does'nt exist.

till today after making payment of 15000/- rs, i did not receive gold gift box, which was promised by one mr.hanuman, within 15 days of the above payment. kindly expedite.
