[Resolved]  Lloyds Finance Ltd — Fd amount not return for fdr no. [protected]/1

I too have a deposit which is in my mother's name and mine which matured on 29/06/1999 and we still not received the full amount back...

Would some one please help us get the money back??

Sir,
It is an open secret that the company had fraudulently accumulated money from innocent people and at the right time of the maturity, they simply turned their back and didn't even care to communicate their depositors. Thousands of depositors have been cheated and no action against the company has been taken so far !! It is possible only in a country like India. No legal action, no step from Govt., no efforts from consumer court---nothing.. It is still doing it's business as usual in the open market despite complaints from consumers !! After 8-9 years of the maturity, if any body expect their money back from such a company by simply writing a letter of grievances in this kind of blog, it is certainly a matter of joke !! Nothing will happen. We need to join hands and initiate stern legal action against this company immediately. It is high time to eradicate such elements from the society in order to check corruption and tears of sorrow !! I know, nothing will going to change by writing such letters, but there must be somewhere an initiator who, may someday bring about a ray of hope to those whose tears have been dried up during these years of despearation!!

Fixed Deposit — no returns

Its regarding return of my fixed deposit amount. My F.D. was lapsed om 30/03/2010. I submitted my F.O. on 14/04/2010 at kukatpally Branch Hyderabad, A.P.. But till date I couldn't received any letters from your bank.

LLoyds Finance Ltd have not paid FD no [protected] amount of Rs 8000/- maturing on 27th Sept,1999 till date. No interest is paid and no principal amount is also paid till date.

i had deposited Rs.9, 000/-& 6, 000/- as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.in 04/01/1996.Rate of interest was 15% per cent per annum.The date of maturity was 29/12/2000 but after maturity lloyds finance ltd had not returned my full amount of fix deposit money.They have returned to me. still, lloyed finance ltd have not returned to me.
I am a Farmer and my wife is having kidney problem.
This amount was my sttelment amount which was fixed at lloyds finance ltd.
Sir, please, do the needfull as soon as possible.

i had deposited 8000 rs in 07/03/1997 and my deposit receipt no [protected]/1.the date of maturity is 7/02/2001and scheme is money doubler.lloyds finance had not returnd money nor pick the phone.my fdr money is not refunded after maturity.

I deposited Rs.5000/- as an FD in Lloydes finance Ltd.
FD No. is V3548/1. Afterwards I learnt about L.F.L. having
started refunding the amount as such I deposited my FD
at their Ahmedabad Office. From there, on phone contact I
was talled that by turn the amount is being refunded to every
FD holders. I was also told about two years back to apply
again and accordingly I gave my application for refund to
Ahmedabad office to one Mr. Acharya. He assured me that
I will get the amount in about a year. So far I have not received
the same. Moreover, There is no phone response, as such I
guess that the Ahmedabad office may not be functioning now.

May I get my deposite amount now?
