Lloyds Finance Limited — No refund of Principal or interest for last 10 years

I have deposited Rs 50 K about 10-11 years bank. I am told that court has given some time and schedule to Lloyds on upon investors complaint.

Is there something happening on refund..I have few more guys suffering by depositing here.

If you are able to help me, pl let me know I will send all the details

Lloyds Finance Ltd — No refund of Principal or interest for last 13 years

We had deposited money in Money Doubler Scheme in 1997 but till now haven't received any information on the same.My father had deposited his hard earned money in this scheme and thesr guys doesn't even bother to provide any updates.

Attached is the scan copy of all folio no and a detail showing the total money deposited.

i had deposited Rs.46922/- as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.on dtd 23/2/1998 for 12 months.Rate of interest was 14 per cent per annum. My receipt no is [protected]/1 and the original receipt was already submited to you in your Nagpur office. The date of maturity was 05/02/1999 and due amt is 54195/-. but after maturity lloyds finance ltd had not returned my full amount of fix deposit money.

Sir, please, do the needfull as soon as possible.

Complaint against Llyods finance limited-

I had deposited Rs.14000 on 21/05/1998 with interest rate of 15.50%(deposit receipt no. [protected]/1)
and date of maturity 21/05/1999 and the scheme is money multiplier.I had made so many complaints for the same but no satisfactory outcome came out.
Its my request to you please look into the matter and refund the maturity value of the deposit...
This is my last request to you otherwise i have to fill consumer court complaint forum against to your company.
So, Sir please do the needfull as soon as possible.

I have been anxiously waiting for the past 10 years, to collect the amount due to me by LLyods Finance, but, unfortunately I am yet to hear from them.

Would like to date this situation back to 20th January 1995, when i had paid an amount of INR 9000/- towards a certificate issued by your so called honourable institution.

The same matured in the year 18th January, 2000, however till date i have received only INR 1800/- when i should have ideally received INR 18, 050/-(maturity amount)

After that time and again I have been visiting their office but I have not yet received the amount due to me by your institution

Respected sir,
With reference to deposit number c/[protected]/1 & c/[protected]/1 dated 29/12/1997 Rs. 11, 000 each had been deposited in name of Sri D.P. Singh & Smt. Kamani singh respectively.
The company law board, western region Mumbai under section 450 a(2) under the RBI act 1934, had rescheduled the fixed deposit repayment vide it’s order dated 16/04/1999 in four slabs.
The lloyd finance limited had paid only Rs 3300 against each deposit as a first slab on 30/12/2000.
Further no payment has been made till date.
It is there for requested kindly look into the matter and repay the balance amount as we are in urgent need of it.
