hey the problem exists with all the buyers believe. i also have a flat there. join me on my facebook page. am trying to unite all the buyers, we can fight them only when we all unite. if you know anybody else who also booked a flat at casa royale, asl them to join the page.

Lodha management is absolute ridiculous. They harass buyers like anything. I am also facing issue starting with allotment, registration...
Lodha is changing the site plans for that reason only they are not allowing us for the site visiting . Till now they did not know where is the parking place (for that one they charged extra money).
i have booked a flat with Lodhas in goregaon and i am really surprised to read all these stuff about Lodha, now i feel i should have checked the net before making a decision, yes one thing i experienced is they demand interest for no reason or fault o[censored]s, staff is absolutely hopeless, all hype business it looks, anyhow we have to all join if this is the state of affairs with lodha.
