I come to know that Mangalmurti surrendered all their property to Mumbai Court, so there will be some chance to get our hard earned from Mumbai High Court.

I am CHARMAINE DAVE from kolkata and I have invested 81, 000 X 3 = 2, 43, 000/- (two lac forty three thousand )in your company on the 5th November '2010.till date after a lot of chasing just managed to get one months interest on the February'2011.
I filed for a refund in the month of April and the your staffs in the kolkata office assured me that I will receive my capital amount in total within sixty days.
Went down to your office in June and was shocked to hear the branch has closed .
There are no phone numbers to contact you people.Even the head office numbers are out of service.Is there any way that I can contact you?

I am Prashant from Solapur and I have invested 3, 27, 000/- in your company for innova in june '2010.but stil I am not getting innova and also not getting payment from last 7 months. I am investing my 7 years saving income in your company. Requesting the CEO will not help us now..I guess, those fraudsters might not be even looking these posts.

1 The petitioner is a company incorporated
under the Companies Act, 1956, and is engaged in the
business of providing cars on hire to the corporate
sector as well as at the Airports. Considering the
demand for such cars, the petitioner invited
investments by way of deposits and also borrowed
money from the banks/financial institutions. As per
the scheme floated by the petitioner, a person was
required to deposit a fixed amount with the

petitioner company and in turn, the company would pay
interest/profits so earned to such investors. It is
also admitted by the company that because of certain
fraud, its business has come to a standstill and it
has not been able to refund the amounts payable to
the investors by sell of the vehicles and by other
means. FIRs have been registered against the company
and its officers. It is, under these circumstances,
the petitioner company prays for the following
substantial relief :-
“a. That this Hon’ble Court be
pleased to issue appropriate writ,
order and direction directing
appointment of some fit and proper
person to act as a
Commissioner/Receiver to take charge
in respect of the vehicles in the
custody of the Petitioners as per the
list of the vehicles annexed with the
Petition, dispose of the same in the
market as also to invite necessary
claim of the respective investors in
respect of the balance payment out of
the principal amount paid by them and
subject to verification of the same,
discharge the liability of the
company out of the amounts so
received by disposal of the
vehicles.”

2 Mr.Gadkari, the learned APP has placed before
us a copy of the Government Resolution dated 16th
June, 2011.
3 In our considered opinion, the petitioner’s
remedy would before by MPID Court under the
Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In
Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 or any other
subordinate court of competent jurisdiction. The
relief prayed for, cannot be entertained in this
petition.
4 Hence, the petition is rejected with liberty
to approach the Special Court under the MPID Act or
any other appropriate forum.

This is s. pawar from ahmednagar.i have given my indica towords mangalmurti on rent...but from jan 2011 they have neither given me my rent nor my indica...Also there is no any response from mangalmurti side...i have tried so many times to contact them but there is no any response. Finally i came to know that they have cheated so many customers like me.
Now i am in trouble, that i have tried so hard to find my indica having registration no : MH 17 T 4976 IN mumbai, pune and nashik but unable to get it...
1] i dont have my indica with me eventhough i have to pay my monthly installments towords finance company.
2] there is no any trace of my car...i.e where it is now ?
3] also mangalmurti have not done insurance of my indica even i have given them cheque for the same on time
4] now mangalmurti have cheated me then who is using my car which doesnt have any insurance...also who is responsible for illegal use of my car ?
So these r the all questions which i have...
