Some of our Nagpur Members opted out for cancellation and they have given cheques by MMAL for their Car's payment to finance companies dtd[protected].those cheques got bounced.

This company is fraud they have stopped paying from dec 2010 onwards and I am the investor from bangalore and the bangalore office is closed more than three months back

They have send us a letter saying that they will pay by end of may 2011 but so fare nothing is received

I suggest the bombay investors to go to the bombay office and find out what is happening and also some one has to go the registrar of companies and find out from the records who are the board of directors of this pvt lt company and catch hold of him/them

i had filled a complaint at dadar police station includind two other .the company is closed as per certain sources in mumbai . lets forget they had duped us .the company was very clever which had set up their business office all over india . if any customer filed a fraud case then they have to attent the courts in mumbai which we will certainly not do so. we people are fools who invested the money in this company

MMAL has shut their Mumbai Office. Complaint has been lauched in the Dadar Police station and also in the Economic offence department. I had invested in the indica plan with a loan. i have received the downpayment made since nov 2008, however my loan is running, I dont know where is my car, I am paying my loan amount and my loss wud be 2 lacs. I had invested 174000 in mangalmurti autolink, I should get 8200 monthly but I didnt received single penny since last eight months from them and no body is receiving call in their office even manager Vidya cell is always unavailabe.

today we checked the mmal office at dadar only the shutter was opent no one was inside. mumbai people any FIR till now???

Hi, Police cant help us and court will take long time to recover this money back only way is TO Approach Private detectiive agency but this is possible if all the inventors are united available . detective agency will provide us all the details of assets registered in the name of bitla and mangalmurti to capture that property and compell them to pay back by selling that property.

this is only way if would like to drive this to collect money by selling there house, invetment in balleswar and pali is to take service of detective agency.

I invested 81000 in Mangalmurti Autolink Pvt LTD, I got only 2 EMI from them, so I make a enquiry for that, one of my friend who stays in mumbai who invested in same plan told me that the company had gone to Mumbai High Court to make our payment. He asked me to check on High Court web site, the case number is WP/1191/2011 and I found that it is true. so pls check on mumbai high court official site for the same.
