Dear investors,

Nagpur office is closed due to non-payment of office rent. cheque given to owner ws bounced and MMAL Nagpur staff had to return back the office keys to owner yesterday. No action taken from HO, Mumbai in this regard yet. this is the example of ignorance and carelessness on the part of CEO Bitla. he and his hopeless staff at HO did nothing towards the long pending payments of investors. Bitla has sent sms to me that I shall get my pending payments in this week only but when I have reminded him about my payments he simply said that I have to wait again until May-11. and moreover there is NO Guaranty of payments too.We investors here are decided to logde complaint against these cheaters coz enough is enough now.

Even i received an letter on mail from them stating that if they get their dues from the clients, they will start paying our dues after 30-May-11... This too is not sure..as now trusting them will be of no use.
As per the actual agreement, even they have to pay-us the dues with an interest of 2% per month.
But nothing is mentioned in the letter. The website on the letter is wrong. The mail id from which the mail is send is from yahoo...which i think anyone can create. They do not even send the emails from the company's email address as that is not working anymore i guess.
Now surely our money is at stake...need to act accordingly.

i do not recd a letter yet from MMAL.

Investors pls be very very careful before investing ... as company is 100 percent fraud. I am from Pune, and not getting any payments since four months.. no answers from senior persons, as they are not picking the phone calls. From head office very rude answers are given, like i[censored] don't want then take ur remaining money & get lost...! And then they also disconnect the calls. In Pune office they only give commitment that uptown next month everyone will get payments...but nothing happened since 4 months. So if you don't want to suffer all this headache, pls DO NOT INVEST anything in this fraud company.

I have invested 81000 in Jan 11 but till date i have not paid by company and nobody is picking up the phone call. I have visited Goa Panjim Office but is closed from Gudi Padva onwards

MMAL completely closed all the office in India. They are not responding any calls or mail or sms. Company gone to scam. CEO just cheating to investor.

i have given i e-mail id to mumbai office pune office also why they are not sending that mail of that letter. just they are saying that they will send

Mangalmurthy is fraud company and its under way to commit the scam as previous company like City limozines, Aim limozines, Om sai nath etc. asked several month time after that suddenly close the company.

Dear Investor, In mumbai TV9 channel is raising such kind of fraud issues very effectively.
I have seen two three such cases raised by this channel and they had an interview with the concern officials on TV. Also we can ask them the questions by calling them on their contact numbers.
I think we should approach TV9 for this. I am gonna call them but I will need many of your’s support for it so please call TV9 and share your experience with them on following contact number.

one of the lady official from the MMAL has notify their commitment through phone that all the pending dues will be cleared next month and the official letter will be despatched to my email id regarding their say on this issue . but still no email has yet been received till now .i appeal to the investor to kindly mention their valid email on this forum so if in near future if received can be direclty post to you all for viewing

i also request then manager MR NARAYAN and acting manager from goa office to inculcate the code of ethics and morality in them how to turn up with the investor . not with blind blunder by swtching off their mobile . show courtesy if you claim that you are the leader

It seems that U are not serious about your business and thats why you are doing such unprofessional things with customers. you even do not know the names of customers while sending letters to them as U mention wrong name on first letter which u gave to me.
You sent me Second letter also but it is not on Company's letterhead. you have done this purposely to show your carelessness towards customers. your lady staff is so rough tongued and is very street smart when talking on phone with customers.

NOW ALL I WANT IS FRESH LETTER AND ON LETTERHEAD OF COMPANY. SEND IMMEDIATELY.

I received "letter from MMAL, on above subject" through mail. In which it is stated that repament mechanism "may"(?) be started after 31th May 2011.

I am one of the investors. I have invested huge amount in this company. I did get few cheques from them, however from past two months I haven't got any cheque from them. The company seems to be fraud. I have also visited the company premicises, to my surprise the company is locked. If any body has any update on this company's status..Kindly revert back to me via this post.

Now where is that liar CEO? Now no investor is getting payments. And what the hell to keep on moving the dates? And many of the investors (may be their own employees) keep waiting like by posting messages on this forum?
Payments have been lapsed by many months. And we should not spare these fraud company.
I request all the investors to keep mailing on the email ids of the media like times of india, lokmat or any local news paper or magazines to keep this fraud on note. If these guys are eating our money then just push them behind bars. Let them taste some jail rotis too.
Now company is neither helping nor responding. its the media which could help us all to drag these cheaters to court and bring us some justice.
