Thanks Mr. Jose, I saw on Mumbai High Court official site the case is registered on April 25, 2011. It means some hopes has been created about our hard earned money.

Case is duely registered against M/S Mangalmurti autlolink india ltd. for which due date of hearing is 13/07/2011 is correct. the info is available on website of Mumbai High court.

Y i think they( MANGALMURTI) are misleading by showing wrong case information if ant one would attend the hearing on 13th pl. let me know i will be there with all in mumbai highcourt.

I would like to draw you attention on the intentional wrongdoing by your client M/S mangalmurti auto link India ltd . Following are the areas Mr. bitla and Mrs. Bitla have cheated customer and violated all the corporate laws .
They have made their telephone operator as director of the company by taking her signature by treating this as a part of workings and allotted 100 shares each.- Director viju pawar and rajshree narvekar had given us recorded satetement that I was just computer operator and even they dnt know if they are director of mangalmurti autolink india ltd- just mockery of corporate governing system.
Before 6 months of the winding of their business they were making customer fool that they are going to make payment today, tomarrow. Even they had issued letter of assurance of payment and even letter of settlement but inspite of it failed to make payment.
They shifted residence of parents from worli 6 months back for doing planned scam.even thay have changed residence from vikroli.
As per cancellation and settlement in my case they had issued cancellation and settlement letter to pay the amount on 30th june, 11 but before that shut their shop.
As per Mr. chandvenkar, auditor of mangalmurti autolink india ltd, mr. bitla is even not in touch with any of their associate of consultant to make this well planned scam.
They have taken sub-broker license through angel broking with registration no. INS[protected]And cheated many customer by doing fraudulent activities and involved in accepting money in cash from customer on behalf of angel broking and were issuing money receipt of mangalmurti securities and cheated many customer who had lack of financial system terminology and system knowledge.
They ( Mr. Bitla )had worked for bluebell shipping, waveleingth shipping, freight connectios and have got cheating record from employers desk
Dear sir, they have cheated my 6 lacks and made me fool in last 6 months by promising that m releasing payment today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow and shut their shop.
This is about your client who has cheated thousands of customer like me by making them fool about releasing the payment please can I get any idea about his intention of releasing the payment or are ready for well planned scam which they have already done.and treat this as notice of payment for next 7 days .

yes case is in liquidation after paying government dues all will be paid from the assets of mangalmurti if any to all the customer on proportionate basis .
suppose if you have to get Rs. 100000/-
assets value=Rs. 2 Crores.
Govt Dues- 50 Lacks
Customer Dues 10 Crores.
You will get =15000000/[protected]*100000=Rs. 15, 000/- after completion of liquidation not before 1 year.
