I take reference to the services provided to me vide M/s Rohan motors on the acquiescence of my vehicle which had met a mishap on 22nd may 2010.

I got a first-rate treatment at the time of submission & paper work and was pretty predisposed that I might get my car on time i.e. within 8 to 10 days. My paper proceeding was done by Mr. Chaudhary & my contact person was Mr. Ramsagar.



To my revelation It took around 7-8 days (By 28.06.2010) for M/s Rohan motors to rope in the insurance surveyor (Mr. Lalit) & pull the vehicle inside the works. Additional, after another 10-12 days (by 07.06.2010) the personnel at Rohan motors informs me that the steering rod has been bent & cannot be mended; henceforth it is mandatory to replace it. Again it took 4 to 5 days for the body shop persons to arrange for the parts & indemnity survey (by 12.06.10).



Further after 8-10 days I was guaranteed that I shall be given my car utmost by 21.06.2010. I was called on 21st late afternoon at your works. On 21st evening I tried to contact people there but could not. On 22nd when I called Rohan motors then I was again promised that I would get the vehicle today & which was not completed, & moreover the case was lingered & lurked upon every day.



This strained me to lodge a grievance with Maruti customer care. To a bit respite, finally on Thursday Ms. Savita called me saying that you shall get your car positively by Thursday evening or on Friday evening. On Friday (25.06) I received a call from your works explaining me that the problem with the steering still persists & the Maruti is closed for 1 week. This bolt from the blue perhaps was the last straw to break the camels back.



Pl. take note that during this period the undersigned was in tremendous trauma & felt awfully harassed by the services provided by your association. The endurance level surpassed all confines. The huge amount of expenditure by booking taxi etc. (for a working engineer level like me) in lieu of travels added to the agony.



The level of negligence & laxity revealed by an esteemed organization like M/s Rohan motors which rules the Maruti sales in northern capitol Region & is known for its impeccable services is simply astounding and deplorable.



I have bled my hard earned money & been through aggravation which compels me to portray this grievance of mine. I believe this might be trivial & small issues for big player like yours & perhaps finally I may not get my dues, nevertheless I have faith in Rohan motors top Management & our constitutional rights.



P.S. I got no phone calls from your works during the above said period. It was the undersigned who always called to expedite.

I would like to bring your attention that I have purchased a Car from M/s Kunal
Motors Chhindwara, Branch - Badora, Betul on 06.11.10 against their
Invoice No.VSL10000951 Eng No.D13A-1477994, Ch No.MA3FDEB1S00262951
Maruti Suzuki RITZ under finance from SBI Betul. We have ride that Car only
1600 Kms. And during that period the engine has produced abnormal sound
and at 1800 kms the car came as brakedown and I left the car at dealership.
since 28.12.10 my car is idling at Kunal Motors Badora, Betul still my car is
as it was. I made a telephonic discussion with your Area Service Manager
and I put up a demond for petty pack engine and install the same with my car.
But your Service Manager is not willing to install the petty pack engine. He is
arranging a Head and Cylinder assembly separetely and I am not satisfied
with such service.

So you may please make arrangements to issue a petty pack engine for my
car at the earliest as "RUSH URGENT". Or exchange completely due to
manufacturing defect in this car. Please send the reply to my email id with
immediate effect.
Hope that the matter is clear well and will extend co-operetion from your end
to avoid further frictions.

Regarding noise in door pannels (Maruti Ritz VDI).

I would like to bring your attention that I have purchased a Car from M/s satyam motors bhopal, dealer code-0307
in june 2009 against their

With in a one year period after purchase of this maruti Ritz car I found a sound comming from both side pannels (near seat belts) .Thereafter I went twice to satyam motores bhopal, for this problem i.e.on 27.07.2010 & 23.11.2010, in service station they kept car for two days & changed the nut bolt of back both doors hinges but still the noise problem is existing & increased even this creats discomfort & irritation in driving.Please do the needful & hoping for the positive respnse

I am compelled to write that, I am passing very hard days in Calcutta. Yesterday, My wife made an accident on way to collect my 2 girl child from School, any way she & my driver saved/A lorry on all a sudden crashed the Car which is unmovable/Forwarding photos & other papers for your consideration, Mr Bibek Dey of Bhandari at Calcutta has been asked for a Loan Car till puja holiday is declared by Court. Overhead expenditure for repair & claim from Insurance will be useless unless it is replaced either by New one or Factory second of any make or any Brand subject to your permission

I have purchase my maruti car in Feb.11 from Rishabh Fourwheels, Amritsar.. Unfortunately my car met with an accident. my car brought to the service center of Rishabh Fourwheels, Amritsar. The owner of the agency is very cordial person. The superviser of the service station promised me to service my car within a week. but they cannot fulfil their promise. after one month they delivered my car, but not satisfaction to my choice. there are many mistake.Old apron repaired and fitted instead of new. All the cracks in the pasting not properly finished. they again detain my car for pasting. Thereafter for example the bumper is not fitted properly some gap shown nearby front head light and also bonnet. I have complain so many time but in vain. Supervisor of the service station told to the service man but they are not satify the customer according to the mention in the service slip. but their work is so bad and worse. The main complain of mine front bumper has not fitted properly some gaps can seen in front. The second one is bonnet not fitted properly some gaps can see. Please look up in this matter and reply as soon as possible.

I mr bhikulal ramkishan indani want to tell that i have purchased maruti alto 800 and there was problem in that so i went automotive manufacturers pvt. Limited at aurangabad the problem was that there was front door trim and that was not done well and i car was for one full day there and they have not done and had taken 440 rupees for that work and were living in jalna about 60 km from aurangabad and there are 2 toll-boot between jalna - aurangabad
And after that we had came to jalna and shown that car to simple mechanic and he had done that means he had clear all your problem door was repaired
I want to tell u that if a simple mechanic can do that why can't ur engineering can do that, maruti engineers can't do simple work
And then we have call at office they said call to Mumbai then we are calling there they are given excuse call there and we have 8 times they have given some number
At last i have send u this message
