[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India Ltd — Damage of my Car during first servicing : Group ‘B2’ and Job Card No.: 8832 | |
Sir/Madam, I purchased a vehicle Maruti – 800 (Uniq – Pearl Silver Colour on 14th February 2009 from ‘Sai Service Station Ltd.’ Phugewadi, Pune 411 012. As per the service manual said vehicle was handed over for servicing to Sai Service Station Ltd. Phugewadi, Pune 411 012 on 17th March 2009. During the course of service the servicing agency neglected in rendering proper service and due to which a ‘Scratch’ was appeared on the ‘Right Side Rear Door’ near the handle. This fact was brought to the notice of concerned authorities of the Service Station but unfortunately the Service Station failed to take any cognizance of said neglected act. To rectify the mistakes and negligent service I was compelled to make a number of correspondence and persistent follow up for last 6 months, but the service station did not paid any attention to the complaint. Till now I have send three times letters to : 1) Mr. Pankaj Narula Chief General Manager (Service) MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD. Palam-Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon – 122 015 (Haryana) 2) Mr. Giriraj Patil SAI Service Station Ltd., Mumbai-Pune Road. Near SAndvik Asia Ltd., Phugewadi, Pune – 411 012 3) Mr. Harish Regional Office Sacred World, unit no. 708 to 715 07th Floor, north block, near shinde chhatri, Wanwadi, Pune – 411 040 My brand new car was damaged and now i have to carry the same with the mark which was caused due the mischief of SAI Service Station - Phugewadi, Pune. Maruti suzuki Ltd. — CAR DAMAGED ON SERVICING
WE HAD SENT OUR CAR NO. PB48A 2424 TO M/S. STAN WHEELS, MANDI GOBINDGARH ON 25/06/2010 FOR INSPECTION OF THE CAR, BUT WITHOUT OUR COSENT THEIR PEOPLE OPENED ALL THE ENGINE , BUMPER, BONET OF THE CAR. WHEN WE ASKED THEM FOR THE SAME, THEY DIDN'T GAVE ANY RELIABLE ANSWER.NOW THEY PEOPLE ARE GIVING US THREAT CALLS TO TAKE AWAY YOUR CAR.
WE HAD ALSO GOT THE PICS. OF THE DAMAGED CAR IN THE WORKSHOP.
WE HAD ALSO MADE A COMPLAINT IN THE MARUTI CENTRE AT [protected] A FEW DAYS AGO & TODAY ALSO WE MAKE A COMPLAINT & GOT ANOTHER COMPLAINT NO. [protected] ON 03 72010.
WE ARE AFRAID OF GETTING THE PARTS OR ENGINE CHANGED BY THE COMPANY.

I have a Wagonar VXi which i had bought from KP Automotive showroom at
Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur. I am using this car from the last 1.5 years and I
have not faced any problem. I also got my Insurance from KP automotive,
through National Insurance seeing their services.
At the time of completion of 1st year I got may calls from KP office to
get my insurance renewed. I agreed upon it seeing my past experience. I gave my cheque to the person sent by KP office. It has been more than 6 months that I have not recieved my Policy Bond. Today I was standing at a workshop to get claim for my car. I called at the KP office for my bond. They located and told that they will courier the same. I asked them to deliver it through hand as it was really urgent because the workshop people do not accept either fax or photocopy of documents, they asked for the original. But I got a reply that KP people that they dont have any manpower and they will courie the same which I will recieve in a day or two.
I am working with a reputed bank of India as Branch Manager Profile an I know my responsibility when there is an error on my ( my bank's) part. I really want a justification on the following points from KP Automotive.
1. Why my Policy Bond was not delivered timely, and not even after 6 months.
2. Offensive behaviour on the part of KP People when asked for delivery of Policy Bond.
3. Time lapse as I can only give my car for claim and service on Holidays and today being a holday.
I fell that it is only when you want renewals or car for service, you provide service, else in other cases, customer has to face all the hassles. I want a real justification from KP people on the above mentioned points, else I will have to approach other means for getting justification.
