[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — pathetic service | |||
Hello, this is to bring in your kind notice that, how the maruti dealer "m/s rana motors gurgaon" is spoiling the image of maruti. i have bought the vehicle bearing regn no DL12CC0394 in Feb 2011 and after that i have got the service done in June at approx 9000 KM and after that i haven't got any follow-up from the dealer. when i have called them just as a query that when my cars service is due it was already due by few days and done approx 20000KM. surprisingly within 20000KM my vehicle engine has following issues:-1. engine vibration. 2. poor pick-up.3. noise from suspension.4. noise from brakes.5. horns does not work.6. body noise.7. uneven tyre worn out.8. steering not centralized.9. Engine vibrates while stalling the engine. 10. tyre buldge. Despite of solving the issues they(dealer official) have given me a nice estimate whereas i have got extended warranty and now as per them nothing is covered under warranty. My tyres and suspension has gone within 20000KM, as per them wheel alignment and wheel balancing should be done at every 5000KM. But nobody bother to inform me the same. And is its is required at every 5000KM then why its not mentioned in their service schedule. And today is third day my vehicle is standing with them(RANA MOTORS GURGAON WORKSHOP) and quite obviously i am scared, as my vehicle is quit new. 7123, WE ARE TAKING REGULAR FREE AND PAID SERVICES FROM Shruti Motors, [PB Road, Davangere] OF MARUTI.
On 6th Jan 2014, i took it to for checkup, my car as i was informed from the mechanic had 2nd gear spring sync issue. I also
understand that this is a known problem! i was informed that to get the issue fixed it would take maximum of 1.5 days and charges
of around 6K.
On 7th Jan 2014, i left the car for service and then the team came to know about the extended warranty and i had asked to warranty
should cover the repairs.
Its been 10 days, i have not received my car. Everyday i visit the motors i am told some story of spare part not being available.
This has been very very disappointing to say the least and angered me to the core.
The very purpose of going in for Maruti car (within the first month of release with difficulty and by paying higher price), is
because of the service i expected to be provided. I was of the opinion the spare part availability and service should not be a
problem since every city has MS.
10 days!!! this has affected my life, families (kids) and my business. Without my car, travelling has been a problem and all the
complaints with Shruti motors have falled to deaf ears. I have great patience which has breached, i will be taking it with consumer
court if nothing is done at the earliest.
I hope my car gets ready as soon as tomorrow and you retain the tiny bit of faith i had in maruti!
