TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR SECOND FREE SERVICE TO SATYA SERVICE STATION LTD JAIL ROAD HARINAGAR NEW DELHI, AN AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION OF MARUTI, AND WAS TOLD AND GIVEN INSTRUCTION IN WRITING THAT AS THERE WAS NOISE IN THE REAR SUSPENSION I SHOULD GO TO A MARUTI DEALER FOR RECTIFICATION.I APPROACHED DD MOTORS MAYAPURI INDUSTRIAL AREA FOR THE SAME BUT AS NO MAJOR FAULT WAS FOUND I WAS CHARGED Rs 385 AS GENERAL CHECK UP CHARGES DESPITE MY PLEADING THAT I WAS THERE ON ADVICE OF THEIR OWN SERVICE CENTER . First i got an false commitment on Ritz price, on which i booked an Ritz Lxi in ABT calicut. When i realise the false commitment i cancel my booking & i have not yet recieved my cash back in one week.
