[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki / Swift LDi — Faults after faults | |||
I bought a swift LDI during Oct 10 and with in 6 months its AC gone faulty and was replaced being under warranty. Further with 2 year when the car has done just 35000 km it engine was giving noise and was told that the its engine ball bearing need replacement and the work was done at Bagga service station at Patpar Ganj. Just after that the battery of the car also gone faulty and the same was replaced by Exide batteries. After this now the car is giving bubbling and during the service again at bagga first it was told that the bearing needs replacement but again I was told that the tyre are faulty and need replacement. Now the car has done 44000km and its engine has again started giving at lot of noise and it is difficult sit in the cabin and talk while the car is running. MARUTI SUZUKI/ MARUTI SWIFT LDI — POOR SERVICING OF CAR
Hi, I have given my vehicle MARUTI SWIFT LDI (Registration no being KA 49 M 981) for servicing. I have given my car for service in RNS MOTORS, HUBLI (KARNATAKA) which is 170 kms away from the place I stay. The car was not serviced properly, neither the problems mentioned on the Job card were rectified/fulfilled. I would like to know for what they are charging me Rs.2, 295, If they cant satisfy the customers from problems.25%

Maruti Suzuki/Swift LDI — Poor Service at Baba Autos
I am having swift LDI 2007 and now i am posted at Ferozepur and i got my car services from Baba Autos, the authorised maruti service centre and every time i was very dissatisfied from there level of service, coz every time after the service one or other problem use to come which was always due to thieir negligience, they never called up the customer for their feedback and niether they posses any feedback registers .Even the service man are diverting the customers to get if serviced from any other outsider coz there is no benifit in getting the vehicle serviced from Bab Autos,Kindly resolve my problem before it hits the consumer court complaint cell.
