[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki Wagon R LXi — My new Car AC is Not cooling Properly

Dear sir,
I have purchase a new WagonR LX from Vishal Whellers (outlet of MyCar Kanpur). Car is very good but I am not satisfied and very unhappy by my car AC. Its cooling is not satifactory. I already submitted my complaint to the seller. They repaired twice but still not satisfactory i don't know WHY THEY ARE REPAIRING? they should replace my full AC system because my car is ver new (only 10 days old)
Please entertain my problem and solve it.

Maruti Suzuki — wagon r car

i have bought a wagon r 11 months back...but it is giving starting problem...with the same problem i came across is 6 months back...now again the car is giving tension...what the hell i will do...

I am pasting the letter I wote to the marutidelaer on 31.12.08. Till date neither I had received the car nor the inovice and insurance copy. I had neither received any reply from the except few phone calls. Now, this dealer neither receives the call nor returing back my money which is around Rs.1.79L which they had encased my cheque on 6.1.09. Even the banker HDFC had released the payment on 5.1.09 without informing me.Could you tell me how can I get back my money or car at the earliest possible time. How can I be able to claim interest on the money I had paid. How bank can help to reverse the process.

Dear Sir,

I had approached HDFC Bank, New Alipore Branch at Kolkata to apply for auto-loan to buy Wagon-R. HDFC bank has helped me and co-ordinate to get me right dealer of Maruti-Suzuki i.e. Mohan Motor Udyog. The dealing person of HDFC Bank Mr. Ram introduced Mr. Anjani Kr. Chatturvedi, Sales consultant of that company. I with my wife and daughter were present on 24.12.2008 at your companies showroom. The price of Wagon-R including RTO regd. And insurance was agreed Rs.3, 36, 000/- ( after discount etc.) and immediately booking was confirmed by handing over cheque of Rs. 10, 000/- . Self was being told that your order is confirmed and we would hand over the copy of the order format in due course. On good faith we believed the words of Mr. Chatturvedi. Colour preference was given metallic Passion Red 1st choice and Metallic Golden as 2nd choice. Mr. Chatturvedi confirmed us that he would be able to deliver the vehicle by 30.12.2008 and requested to complete all the formalities.

On 27.12.2008 evening when I rang up Mr. Chatturvedi, he than informed me that the colour of choices are not available and again requested me to change either Black, Royal Blue or Ocean blue. Self confirmed him Ocean Blue. I had also informed the same to the rep of HDFC Bank also. As I do not have any preference on delivery time hence self agreed as told to me. Accordingly, initiated the matter with Bank and requested HDFC Bank to extend loan of Rs. 1, 50, 000/- . Banks all formalities were completed by 28.12.2008.

On 29.12.2008 at about 11.30 A.M. Mr. Chatturvedi informed me that one Passion Red colour car is being expected to get desptach from factory today and he had booked the same for me. On asking about confirmation, I was made to understand that by evening the matter will be clear and till that time Ocean Blue had been kept allotted in my name. Hence, Self as well as Mr. Ram of HDFC visited your showroom on 29.12.2008 by 4.00 P.M. to hand over balance cheque of Rs. 1, 67, 520/- of ICICI Bank. This time also when I had asked him to handover the order acceptance copy, he once again assured me that he would send it. When I asked for the money receipt Mr. Chatturvedi informed me that a problem had occurred and the truck was not dispatched today. On asking him to deliver the Ocean Blue colour by 31.12.08, Mr. Anjani Kr. Chatturvedi informed me that Ocean Blue is also not available and requested me to wait for 1 more day.

On 30.12.2008 as no information was coming from him, I rang up him at about 12 noon, no response was received. I rang up Mr. Ram of HDFC, who in turn informed me that everything has been settled and I would be receiving my car. However, in the evening once again rang up Mr. A.K.Chatturvedi to receive confirmation from him, understand no progress has been there either of dispatch or availability. However, he again requested me to wait for 1 more day.

Today, 31.12.2008 morning when I rang up him understand that no progress had taken place and it was clear that I was being informed all false information. I had informed this to your sales manager Mr. Kar who told me that there is a planning to get passion red wagon-r car from Maruti. He assured me that he would inform me the status within as hour or so which I am waiting.

Under this circumstance, I would not mind if you can deliver me Passion Red wagon-R by 1st week of January 2009 at the same agreed price that is Rs.3, 36, 000/- ( including all on-road).

I hope you would take necessary action and co-operate to get me the car at the earliest possible time.

Maruti Wagon R — long wait in getting the new wagon r duo in ocean blue colour

Its about to be one month I have booked a wagon r duo in ocean blue. Though the dealer is trying hard. It is requested the same may be procured and given to me at the earliest as the whole amount is just lying in the savings bank account at normar interest.
