[Resolved]  Maruti Swift Dzire — car not deliver at right given time

I had booked MARUTHI SWIFT D"ZARE Zxi on 12.01.2011 with the dealer named HERCULEES at Alappuzha. At the time of booking the booking demand period came to be 2 months. Now it comes to one and a half month. But on the day today, of completing three and a half months, yet to be not delivered. I had paid 50, 000 rupees for this advance booking and I desired that it would be delivered during the vacation period of our Babies might be a great reception. The Dealer still says that the next delivery vehicle from our showroom should be of mine. How long would it take...?

1. I had booked a car Maruti Swift Dzire VDI BS-IV (P.M.A..WHITE) on[protected]Receipt No.- Mv[protected]/10-11 dated 1-3-2011 Cheque No- 018576 dated 21.2.2011 HDFC bank Balrampur Rs5000/-).

2. I was promised to deliver the car within 2 months of booking. I have to present this car to my sister whose marriage will be going to solemnized on 20 .5 .2011

3. I request you to kindly consider the matter sympathetically and arrange the above said car so that I could be escape from societal immorality spirit.
