I have purchased Maruti Wagon-R duo model on 17 Jan 2008. In these five years it has run 80,000 Km. Vehicle is a single hand used and repaired and serviced only at Maruti service centers. In this period other than the scheduled services I have paid at least Rs.50,000 for complaints which only indicate poor production quality and low quality Assurance standards. These are:
1. Engine overhaul (non scheduled and unexpected) due to piston rings wearing out.
2. AC (repetitive problems of filter and gas leakage)
3. Engine temperature sensor and elect fusing ( with AC on , temperature rising abnormally resulting in AC cut out).
On 18 Apr 13 I have got my car repaired for the problem which has re occurred in less than a month. Was this information helpful? |
Maruti WagonR — Poor customer treatment by RajSneh Auto Garh Road Meerut
My car got serviced last to last week on RajSneh Auto Garh Road Meerut UP.But After a day or two I realized one of the headlamp was fused. When I went to workshop for it's replacement they people treated me like I am a beggar asking for head lamp replacement. The attendent named Akhtar Ali was so rude in behaviour and using the words like "Dikhta nahi kya aur bhi khade hain service waaley pehlay inko dekhoon ya tumhay". I he didn't cared that I am complaning about the service that was done one or two days back.
