Matrix Cellular Services Pvt. Ltd. — Wrongly billed & Charged
International SIM Card was the product, which I used for going to Italy and using there. At the time of issuing the card on[protected] the Representative Mr. Kanak Dutta said an amount of Rs. 10, 000 will only be blocked on my account and will not be charged. But, after submitting the card on time and before the bill was generated (13-May-2008) they charged this amount on 8-May-2008, of which I was not even aware of. I came to know about this when the Statement of the card came.Height of this was when the Bill came (13-May-2007), the bill was comprising some of the numbers that don't even exists. After querying on this, Matrix's representative Mr. Amritank Tripathi, never addressed to my complaint and in addition on 26-May-08 said, they had erroneously charged the amount and I will be refunded in 7-10 days, but today is 8-Jun-2008, so far no refund has been made to my account.
I'd like to advise all you guys pls. don't take Matrix International SIM Card I've burnt my fingers, don't burn yours.

Matrix cellular Ltd — Discrepancy in the bill
I am from Gurgaon working with Siemens. I am currently based in U.K. Before leaving for U.K., a representative from Matrix had contacted me and convinced me to take a sim card along with me to U.K. My planned duration of stay in U.K. was almost a year and I had specified this to the person. I was told that I won't be charged anything unless the sim card is lost, and also that the charges would be only as per the calls I make. I believed this and took the sim card thinking I would be returning the same on my return.when I received my Amex Credit card statement saying that there is a charge dated 21st Feb by matrix which is over 2000/-. This was a complete shocker for me and I contacted Amit (from Matrix) . He told me I have been charged Rs. 2000 for the lost sim card. I still have the sim card with me. Amit told me that I have filled the return date of the sim as 29th dec, 2008. In the very first place, I had never mentioned any such date since I was told I won't be charged anything until I return. This was what had convinced me to take the sim card otherwise I would have bought the sim card here in U.K. Whatever date is mentioned in the form has been mentioned by the representative himself
Can any body help me in taking appropriate action against them!!!
