Dear Friends...


I think all the persons who have wrong attitude and used abusing language regarding this company are not capable to do job in any where ...can't do any thing in our life.

I don't think that this company is fraud at all.I have been working over here for last 5 months as Jr. Software Developer in the guideline of good Sr. Software Developer.I am agreed that some guys were fired from the company because their performance was not good.

Hello Frnds.. Jst see, i[censored] dnt work then any company can fire u out. But i[censored] work hard, then company will definately preffered to keep You. These are all fake rumours, please dnt have a faith on these rumours.

I m happy to work with this company. Because MBIT provided me a good platform to start my career.Currently i m working on a live project.

I am totally agree with Shailendra Mani Tripathi and Kapil and, a lot of good implementation last three months . it provide the good platform to start here for fresher and get experience .Yaha danki ko bhi insan bna dia jata hai. ma unki bat nahi kar raha jinki IQ level greater then Thomas edition

this implementation is done by putting the good effect of senior menber(Rahul, shaindra, Dheeraj, neha, anushree)

and by team Leader(Sohit sir, Retesh sir)

seedhi baat no bakwas me ek fresher hu jo chance muje yaha mila perform karne ka, ek accha developer banane ka to me nai samajhti ki mene koi galat step liya hai. haan mene pay kiya tha par use pura utilize b kiya.. it depends on u k ap kis tarah situations ko tackle karte hain. mene yaha abhi 6 months me 4 projects par kaam kiya hai.. aur muje meri performance k according salary b mili hai. muje jald hi permanent b kiya ja raha hai.. jab muje experience mil raha hai aur salary b mil rahi hai to is se jyada shayad kisi fresher k liye koi badi bat nai hogi kyunki ek fresher k liye important hai pehle kuch knowledge gain karna na k salary package.. muje yaha bht kuch seekhne ko mila hai.. so freshers if you really wanna get good experience you have to take some good steps as i took... thank you...

Friends i wanna say that this company is not fraud i am so shocked how can a literate person can talk like this i think you are mentally ill and you need some sort of care and my dear friend the company is having many projects and it always stand for it's employees and there is no money crisis here.I am the employee of this company and i can say truly that up to now company had did nothing wrong with me.so frnds don't listen what other's speak come here and see yourself and i am giving you the assurance you will never regret.and friends most important company pays a handsome amount who are capable and willing to understand.

NOTE:-For freshers (being a fresher i have searched so many companies and all asked me for atleast one year experience and when i came to this company they have seen my knowledge not experience and they give me a chance which i always searched for and i am satisfied here with my job and my salary).

Bhai, woh kahaavat toh suni hogi : 100 sonaar ki 1 lohaar ki. Jo sonaar hain woh Infosys jaisi companies me baithe hain. MBIT me sab lohaar baithe hain. Ab logon ko decide karna hai ki woh lohaar banna chahte hain ya sonaar. sonaar banogey toh Spoon Feeding habit ho jaayegi aur agar Lohaar banogey toh Self-Confident, Self-Explanatory, Self-Indulgent, Self-Independent banogey. choice is yours people.
And regarding to the fees they take for the training, I must tell you all that you can also get it back by your hard work. Its just an investment to get what you want. Nothing else.

Before Joining MBIT, I wasnt even able to communicate properly due to lack of communication skills. But the Team Leaders over here and other seniors...whoa...i tell u...they motivated in such a way that i cudnt remember when i was failed in my career last time !!

I am disagree with the comment of other employe who say that MBIT is a fake company.But i would like to say that as a fresher you have a good chance to make your skills and future bright in MBIT.

MBIT is mha fraud company yah per paise lekr career se khilwad krte hai..aur yha as a trainee rakhte 25000, 3000 Rs lete hai aur khte hai ki 3000 se 5000 rupye denge monthely denge bt 2000 ya 1500 dete hai wo bhi 2nd month se so guys ho ske to bachna yha se nhi to aapka pura career khatm ho jayega suru hone se phle...
uper jitne bhi comment hai sab fraud hai apne employee se jabardasti dalwaye gye hai..

this company is a fraud .. they hire freshers and ask for huge amount of training fees (say 40000Rs) ..and assures a job in the same company but as the training is over they start complaining against the emplyee that ends with firing of the employee... and for that they give fake reasons...
I agree to aspreet its totally fraud company.yha bs loot te hai her angel se paiseo se izzat seher chiz se yha ka, ahol bhut ganda hai .upr jitne bhi comment dale hai wha ke employee ne unse personally jakr milna aur puchan u haapy or not.yha ki HR Freshers ko jhoote sapne dikha kr fasati haiki aapko itna package milega sab bakwas.
yha join krne se phle ek br wha ke employee se personally jakr milna aur net pr comnay ke bare mai search krna thn join krna .

its a fake company..yha chor baihte hai aapko lutne k liye..nokr se lekr malik tk sab chor hai.
