mai mbit ka permanent employee hun aur pichle 7 month se is company mai hun likhne vala kuch bhi likhe vo uski choti si mentallity h. are koi usse puche ki jabardasti aaj ke jamane mai kisi se kon likhvata h. jo bhi is type ke comment kr rha h vo khali m apna time kharab kar rha h. m un freshers ke liye khna chahta hun jo future m mbit join krne vale hn ki meri bhi ye 4th company h ynha se accha enviroment mujhe knhi nhi dikha. na kisi ka pressure h na hi kisi cheej ki tension. mujhe toh ye comment pdh kar likhne vale ki mentallity pr doubt hota h. kya kisi company ke owner apne employee se direct communicate krte hn nhi krte h, pr ynha toh ghar jaisa enviroment h owner sir apne employee se direct communicte krte hn isse acchi baat or kya ho sakti h kisi ke liye. or rhi baat ki[protected] ki, toh kuch kaam mat kro or mje kro toh thek h nhi toh company fake h.are company m mje krne ke paise kon dega baithakar koi nhi khilata h. or jnha tak m janta hun kisi bhi trainee ke sath aisa nhi hua h.m khud permanent employee hun meri salary m increment time to time hua h. yaar or kya chahiye kisi ko. ye m isliye likh rha hun ki koi sacchai toh likho kam se kam yr jhut likhkar kya mil rha h kisi ko. are koi satisfy na ho yr m toh in 7 months m puri trah satisfy hun. or koi agar satisfy nhi h toh m apna personal no bhi share kar rha hun [protected].

hi dear members, whats your opinion about the company i don't want to know, but i know that company terminated me without any reason, because i did all the tasks whichever given to me, my Team Leaders are also satisfied with me, even if i used to help my friends in performing the tasks .. so stop barking u all, i know that i m ri8 . mbit may give u a good platform to start your career, but for me its n't true ... Another thing i want know that how the company measures an employee's performance without taking any tests ...

o bhai ye company to chor hai aur yah ka jo ownr hai us behan ke lodey ko business karne ki aukaat nahi hai...randi ka baccha hai wo...saley akhir kaar company band karke ke gayab ho hi gaya na ha ha ha ha

sir, iam working own network pvt limited muradnagar ghaziabad, they recruit fresher of b.tech for working on towers installing equipment s on this they take 10000/ to 50000/ thosand for recruiters but take work during training period but they dont give any money to employee and after that the terminte him asking that you stealing my equipment from towes or asking that you are not good your work is not satisfactory and after that the teminate him, without giving any money to him, they take alots of oney from new commerce for freshers. please do some action on him.
