[Resolved]  Micromax MMX 310g 3G USB Modem — quick disconnected

sir i am reetesh from katni mp and i have mmx310g modem, but its not working regularly with bsnl3g sim, after 40-50 minutes its disconnected automatic. iwant to know what the reason and whats the solution.please tell me

sir i am from Jalgaon and i have mmx310g modem and facing the problem of not detecting the device. when i connect the USB. MMX 310G. It gets detected. but after 2-3 seconds it gets undetected..and software MMX310G 3G USB Manager shows its signal strength..after pressing the button "Connect" on manager it shows dailing fail and try again..please tell me what is the problem

i purchased the mmx310g modem with bsnl sim on 10/11/10. the problem persisted till the first month but now its working fine.

i just got mmx 310g 3g usb modem.i m using bsnl 2g sim.when i have taken, it connected with bsnl 2g sim.bt after sum days its nt connected with modem.networking is showing there and when i click on connect button it says dial again dial again...its nt connected even after four days passed...its connected wid reliance gsm when network is good...

But it works only after restart the computer. My computer has formatted recently. But the problem continued yet. So please give me direction what can I do.

my 310g micromax moderm dont even boot up the setup instruction only the red light glow for 1 -2 seconds and bhossss nothing happens.i have insert it and leave for the whole night but nothing happened.it seems the company is cheating.

Don't use BSNL 3G SIM, Because it has Initializing Problem! Use BSNL 2G SIM & Select Network Mode to HSPA/UMTS and Get same as 3G Speed.

I am highly dissatisfied with the way modem Micromax310g is working with bsnl sim.. I bought it a month ago.. In the starting it was fine.. but now it gets disconnected every minute. It's so irritating. My money got totally wasted. no one can work on that connection. Signal strength is strong and everything is perfect.. except this modem.. I want to know the reason and possible replacement/money back. I can't deal with this anymore.

If the modem hangs or you receive the "Geneic Host" error, you should enable WINDOWS FIREWALL. this will solve the issue.

Enable Windows Firewall and the problem of HANG will get resolve. I have tested it with my Micromax MMX301g USB Modem and its worked.

sir i have purchesh micromax modem before one week. i format my computer two days before and we r try to reinstall micromax modem than its not getting install showing massage error and two option ask
SEND ERROR and DONT SENT after clicking any any one they are also not installing ple helf me if possible
